My husband Angelo trusted me to go into Maxie Price to test drive a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado truck after we inquired about it on Cargurus. I went in on Dec 29, 2023 & met with Blake, Blake was very welcoming and set up a test drive for me, he was very knowledgeable and pointed out great features about the truck. I had my mind made up after my test drive. I called my husband and sent him videos, he loved it. So we negotiated and got to a price we both agreed upon. I purchased the truck same day. Me and my spouse just recently purchased a vehicle. We are a young couple and this will be my 3rd vehicle purchase. This so far has been the easiest and stress free purchase. We had our salesman - Juan’s full attention and understanding. The whole process was continuous we were never just waiting around. When we were given our vehicle Carrie came out hopped in and showed us all the features and got us ready to get on the road. I was very pleased with the customer service experience. We love our new Suburban! I would definitely purchase another vehicle here and recommend it to all my family and friends.

I called and spoke to Ariel on 1/17 inquiring about the blue 2024 trailblazer that was on the lot. She informed me that it was on the lot for sale and I could test drive. Upon arrival I spoke to Helen and informed her I did not have a sales rep but I spoke to Ariel. She called Ariel and called for a sales rep. I was then greeted by Juan. I stated why I was there and what I wanted. Juan assured me that he wanted me happy and was going to make it a smooth process. He did just that. The process was great and I was able to leave with the trailblazer the same day.

Ms.Helen the customer service manager was also great. She gave mama vibes. She assisted me with setting up the MyChevrolet App as well as OnStar. She also gave me a brief overview of what the new trailblazer gave to offer and told me if I had any questions to give her a call or stop back by the dealership.

I must say Maxie Chevrolet went above and beyond to gain my trust despite my hesitancy from past encounters with other Chevrolet dealerships. Jonathan was super helpful in assisting me with purchasing a used vehicle. Him sending me a video of the vehicle before I came in person and not haggling me to get a warranty or use in house financing was great and I will give my business to this dealer when in the market again for a vehicle

This was a smooth, fun, no hassle transaction of purchasing a truck. Nikki welcomed us, wasn’t the “car sales” person. Didn’t try to push anything on us. Took time to answer questions. Test drove 2 trucks. Got us the best deal we believe she could. Kenzie, patiently worked with us to set up the app and car system.

My husband and I started our buying process while out of town for work. Pierre and Claudia were the absolute best and were so helpful. We bought our 2024 Chevy Trax 2rs and we love it so much! They were accommodating and honest.

My service appointment went very well. We had the tires rotated, oil and filter changed, cabin filter replaced and overall inspection. All services were completed in a timely and professional manner. We have been customers of Maxie Price since they opened this dealership in early 2000. They have provided service for our GM cars as well as a Chrysler Concorde. This relationship has kept our vehicles in top shape.

My company car was having engine issues. I called Maxie Price, and spoke with Steve. I tell you, this guy has awesome customer service. He didn't beat around the bush about me bringing my car in. He scheduled a date that same week, and had my car fixed within that same week. This is what you call excellent customer service.

I did not have an appointment scheduled but was willing to leave my vehicle and they would find a way to work it into the schedule. They did so and had my truck ready quickly. Multiple phone calls were put in to let me know of my service completion.

I went into Maxie Price the day after getting side swiped by a semi on i-20 and had never bought a car from an actual car lot. Mori helped me through the whole process and this was just back in August of this year.
