Kendall was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and quite knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was able to answer a multitude of questions that I had, without hesitation. He gave me a very thorough lesson on how to operate my new Yukon. I have already referred several people to him.

Im just unsatisfied with how y’all can only give me $64,500 for my truck and sell it for $73,000. Y’all are able to make 8 thousand on it knowing I wanted $68,000 for it. It was a 2022 Chevy 2500 High Country worth more than what y’all offered me.

We reviewed the website and came into town from approximately two hours away outside of Lafayette Louisiana. After arriving, Tommy, met with us at the facility, and was very polite, excited to help, and Technical in his presentation. We were introduced to the general manager by Tommy, and walk-through the opportunity to review any information and all parts of the GMC Yukon Denali before driving it. During the drive, Tommy gave great insight to all the options of the vehicle. After the drive, we spent time talking through the options with Tommy and the administration team to close the deal. It was a great experience as opposed several other dealership experiences we have previously had while looking for this Yukon.

My last four vehicles were purchased from Barker GMC and my fourth purchase was just as awesome as the first.

My parents and my self just recently purchased 2023 Buick Envisions a couple of days apart. We were both GMC Terrain owners and were looking at newer Terrains. I highly recommend Dwayne Chiasson as your sales person. He listen to our needs and wants in a vehicle and recommend that we drive the Envision after not being completely satisfied with the newer Terrain.

His knowledge and experience with knowing the features in the different vehicles made our purchases easy and the safety features in the Envision saved our life.

We were forced off a two lane county road with no shoulder. The anti lock brake system kept the car from locking up the brakes and the lane assist kept my mom from over correcting her steering. Had the car not handled as well as it did we would have ended up in a deep ditch or possibly rolling the car over.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE 2023 BUICK ENVISION!! We have throughly enjoyed the comfort, luxury and safety features of the Envision.

As with all service appointments at Barker, everyone on the staff greets you upon arrival. Everyone , even those passing through to go to another area, smile and greet you. You feel appreciated by all the employees, and the service department was helpful and serviced my vehicle quickly. The pickup of my vehicle and the payment for services was done quickly.

I have a few issues. I love my car I am in now. Joe in service is awesome. Bonnie in sales is my girl. Kip in finance is the sweetest.

We were looking to replace one of our vehicles with a newer model. We had no intention of buying a brand new car that day. The sales person, Nikki Long Pierce, was absolutely key in the process of buying our 2023 Encore GX. She was very friendly, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about cars. We've NEVER had a new car in almost 34 years. The finance team worked with our trade-in and we didn't have to put any money down and the notes were affordable. The Buick we traded in belonged to my Mother-in-law and was given to my son to use when she was no longer able to drive. Overall we are so pleased with Barker Buick GMC and their staff.

I was going to be out of town on the day of my appointment. I called to see if I could drop my vehicle at the dealership and they could work on it at their convenience. They allowed me to drop it off and my vehicle was ready when I returned. I was quite happy I didn't have to reschedule. Whatever problem I bring my vehicle in for it is always taken care of without having to bring it back a second time.
