Said they had tv signal preamplifiers and none was there to the avail. Drove there for nothing. Make sure to call so you know your product is actually in the store. Besides that this is a wonderful store.

Fully stocked on what I needed for my S24 Ultra. Cases and screen protectors. I had them apply it and it looks great. The guy that helped me locate the items and made fantastic recommendations was on point while being outgoing and professional. I highly recommend Best Buy over other retailers because they stand by their products 100%

Everyone knows what's Best Buy... I don't need to explain that, but people in this specific store were very polite with me, they treated me very nicely... I walk around many stores and never got same kind of service...

Everyone was polite and helpful from the time I entered until the time I left. The door man directed me to what I was looking for, a person helped me on the sales floor, and then immediately rang up my merchandise to be on my way. It was an excellent experience.

Went looking for an accessory for my smartwatch. They have a lot of knowledge.

I bought a direct wire install kit for my radar detector from the Best Buy App. Text messages stated coming to my phone, altering me to my order status. It was ready to be picked up in less than an hour. The nice lady at the entrance directed me to the customer service desk. Ms. Peyton helped me at the desk. She was in such good spirits, I couldn't help but have a wonderful shopping experience.

They have great customers service

Bought cover for laptop on Amazon. Description said it would fit but it didn’t. Went to Best Buy and salesperson looked up my laptop and found the exact fit. Looks to be better quality than online…of course had to pay more.

It's great that they offer curbside pickup. I don't frequent Best Buy, but they always have good deals on the things I do need, like batteries, chargers, etc.

My experience at Best Buy was very good. I can say that it really was excellent. I had to exchange a product purchased for me by my children
