Love this place. Don't get me wrong if you need a tool that you are going to use everyday then you should go ahead and spend some money on a really good quality tool. However, these tools work and are unbelievably cheap. If it breaks just buy another one that's how cheap they are. Also for the price they are good quality. More than I expected anyway.

Always comes in clutch for that one off tool you need to use but not spend big box prices. Also plenty of hidden gems to browse for.

Harbor Freight has a vast array of tools for the do-it-yourselfer. These are homeowner and do-it-yourself tools rather than professional tools. They will suffice in many situations, but will not hold up over intensive use. The store has many sales and opportunities to go get useful tools at a very good price. Most of the electrical tools are pretty good in my experience. The battery powered tools are not.

The staff are difficult to find and don't have much time to answer questions and seem to have poor knowledge about the tools. Check out people are friendly and helpful. They are patient with customers using coupons and discounts.

Faulty tools are easy to return with receipts, so keep your receipts.

Excellent Service, most everything thing in stock. Clean, spacious, priced right. Will return worth the 27 mile drive.

I love shopping at Harbor Freight because it's really easy to find something to buy for my husband for a gift. He likes anything in that store so I could literally pick out anything and he will be happy with it. Harbor Freight also has really good coupons and discounts

Bought a US General tool box chest and base.
I was amazed how thick the steel was! Thicker than Craftsman's or Kobalt's. I stripped all the drawers and casters off to move it down into the engine room and it was still heavy!

store is well-stocked and it is very good on prices and they always have sales around there and they've got people's that people to help you find what you need I buy a lot of tools and things like that
