New boots had a problem after 5 days. Called and came in returned boots and received new pair with no issues.

I went in last month bought 2 pairs of thier coveralls on clearance, $50 a pair.
I washed them when I got home. Unfortunately my husband didn't try them on before he went offshore. He got offshore put on his new coveralls and they ripped across the front. Dry rotten as the personality of the woman the works the Houma store. I'm so glad we no longer will be shopping from Joe's Boots!
