Marcel's Super Market

a lil pricey on some things, but also 1 of the best on all meats, only place i get most of that from from, it's very convenient and about the only store I know that has not went to self ck out.... yet! I hope they never do for the sake of the employees & those that are not able to understand self ck out.....
Sometime the people can come to appreciate the local & family owned gro stores

I do have some pictures but I won't be posting nothing on this review I will say this that they used to be very expensive but then meet goes on sale especially their sandwich meat
The bread is so it is always fresh but you're better off getting the sales item cuz you'll get a full basket of groceries then just going in there and grabbing a few things it is a very. Now with the economy as it is and inflation going on as it is everything's expensive.

Nice clean atmosphere & good quality meat. This place can be a little overpriced on some things but mostly fair. They have Evamor water here & I find this product is priced to sell. The people are all kind here. I appreciate the selection on wine & beer here. My favorite thing is the chocolate cake in the refrigerator section.

Stopped here while driving through the area. Nice product selection and people were friendly and helpful. They had a nice meat selection priced very fair. They brought out the fresh French bread still warm. OMG. Had to have it. Very nice local business.

Had What I Wanted, 4 Small Bag's Of Ice And Some Hubigs Pies. ( Apple And Lemon )

Actually have human checkers. In an out. Better selection of pies than Walmart.

I don't live in Louisiana, but I frequently visit family who lives near Marcel's. And each and every time I've had an opportunity to shop here, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The selection of foods I've purchase has been excellent and always at a very reasonable price. This is a wonderful supermarket and we don't want to lose that friendly neighborhood feeling like with the big supermarket chains.

Was happy to see a grocery store open so soon after Hurricane Ida. No price gouging, the people were friendly and helpful even though they had damages and family members needing help as well. God bless for being there for the overall public

Best little grocery store in Houma. Great prices, super friendly staff, great selection and prices on meat. Cleanest grocery store you'll find anywhere in town. Don't take my word for it, stop in and see for yourself. You won't want to shop anywhere else. Be sure to get yourself a loaf of the best French bread you'll ever eat.

Marcel’s is an excellent local grocery store. Just two weeks post-Hurricane Ida, they are quite well stocked to meet the needs of the community. We love shopping at Marcel’s. It costs a little more to shop local, but it’s worth it for the service and convenience.

I snuck inside the store at 7:58 p.m because I wasn't aware of their hours. They close at 8:00 p.m. on this day. They were so kind about it!!!!

Marcel's has always been a great Supermarket to shop at! The cashiers are always ready to check out or assist the customers. They always have buggies ready and available. Most of all my favorite is the fresh selection of meat.

They're great with their meat prices and clean!!!
