Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Houma Restaurant

Well where do I start, they are not equipped to handle big parties for one. We waited about two hours for our food. They got my husband's order wrong starting with the drink. They brought his drink and put it on the other end of the table so at this point he's thinking he doesn't have a drink. He finally gets the drink watered-down. He asks for another one which took forever. The fries were cold and hard but we weren't going to ask for more bc it would have taken longer so much more went wrong but I don't have time. They really dropped the ball on this one. Oh after 2 hours of waiting they still forgot to bring out food!

Got the Cajundillas, Rice&Beans, and a side bowl of Gumbo. When I tell you that this is some of the BEST food I've ever had, man. I 100% hiiiighly reccomend that you try this place if you're nearby. A buddy from Arkansas told me to try it when I came down here for work, and now I'm telling you to try it.

You will not be disappointed.

Went in on Sunday afternoon, no wait, friendly server, clean, great atmosphere. We enjoyed our meals which included the Chile glazed Salmon with corn grits instead of green beans, the Cajundilla, cheesy waffle fries & the kids fried shrimp. I’ve never been to a Walk-ons before but I will def go again.

10/24/2021 This is my first time in NOLA, the Bayou area in particular and Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux. Looks like this is where everybody is going on Sunday.
Well not just Sunday, because based on what my buddies are saying; Since they had been to this place twice this week and the place is pack on both days. Finally, I able to come with them on our day off today before we’re leaving NOLA next week.
I gotta to admit the atmosphere, the staffs and the food are magnificently great. Oh! I almost forgot the varieties of Draft Beers they’re carry are unbelievable for a local Sport Bistreaux 😉

Let me start by saying this was HANDS DOWN one of the BEST restaurants I’ve eaten at in Houma/Thibodaux area. Customer service is on point waitr was very attentive to my needs, he was also VERY knowledgeable of the menu and also of the alcoholic beverages I should try. Omg the food came out and the presentation was there I mean everything was plated so nicely I merely forgot I was dining in a sports bar. This restaurant is my new GO TO place I mean GREAT FOOD, popping atmosphere, quick and friendly customer service.

Here for work from Texas stopped by and was welcomed by the delightful staff, friendly atmosphere, cold beverages, fresh food. Sat at the bar and was instantly met with a smile and what would you like to start off with ? Courtney was as friendly as they come, her service was impeccable, Destiny and Tyler also provided me with excellent service, overall experience was excellent for my first time here. I will definitely be stopping here prior and after my off shore hitches to enjoy the great atmosphere and wonderful service.

Didn’t come to eat but came for the best beer selection that Houma restaurant has to offer. My server Claire was great and welll inform with my mix drink that I want. I would 100% recommend her services at the bar.

Even when it’s packed, the wait never seems to be long. Plenty of options with great food. Heaven was our server, and she’s attentive, but not overbearing. Best service I’ve had hands down!

This place has a great atmosphere and even better food. I sat at the bar and was able to be seated and served immediately. The staff was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great restaurant with good food and service with reasonable prices. Great burgers and awesome salads. Sports bar restaurant but atmosphere was pleasant without all the loud noise a typical sports bar has. But not big games were on at the time. We were there on a Friday for lunch.

Walk-ons has some flat out good food. Seafood is all good. For a change up I got something more terrestrial in the Tuscany Chicken. Very flavorful meat and potatoes. Great lean option.

Every location I go in I'm impressed. Certainly worth a visit.

Janae, Destiny and Claire are outstanding Bartenders. They are always making sure that myself and all guest are taking care of. They are pleasant to be around and are always polite and positive.

We came here to watch the LSU game and our waitress Tiana did and absolutely AMAZING job taking care of us. She made sure we had plenty of drinks and had our food out to us in no time at all. She was taking care of an enormous table right across from us as well and I was very impressed with her attentiveness none the less! 10/10!

Great place to watch sports. Food is great, servers are friendly and accommodating . Wings were awesome and arrived quickly. We will definitely be frequenting this establishment throughout football season.

Went to lunch for the LSU game today. Was greeted by Tiana, who provided top-tier service. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The hostess are very nice and welcoming especially the one named Jessamyn I think it is she was very polite and nice when I was walking in will most definitely be coming back

Best sports grill in the tri-parish area. Food is superb, the staff are friendly and fast, and you can't beat the numerous sports games on at the same time
