The prices are better than rouses!! The cashiers are very friendly and helpful! Great store to run into and grab what you need when you’re in a hurry.

They have the best fried chicken hands down, not the best prices but the best chicken! If you don't want to cook, they're have a huge selection of food already cooked. A huge selection of cakes and cookies and sushi.

I just bought king cakes from here. The Bavarian Cream was great and I highly recommend it. The Snikerdoddle that I purchased was dry, and it did not seem as fresh, even though they were both baked on the day I bought them. I have not found any better king cakes in the home area though.

Great plate lunches sold by the item not the pound. So much cheaper than Rouses lunches. Friendly helpful employees that offered me good advice on lunch items. Clean atmosphere and counter tops. Unexpected items and a nice searing area for a comfortable meal

Best New Orleans King Cake ever, bar none. I had the Praline one from a King Cake Hub, it was too good. Cannata's knows how to make em. Who dat!

Excellent experience with delivery & curbside, you get a detailed print out of each item ordered. Excellent produce from local farmers, very important to me to support our local farmer's.They process thier own local beef, very important to me as well. Store is very clean. Masks are required A+ on that. Plate lunches are Awesome!! Love jj pies!! King Cakes are Fantastic 👑👑.

I shop with a toddler and well kept carts with belts are the 1st thing we notice. They are in excellent shape. 2nd we noticed how well stocked and clean the store is kept. 3rd when we were ready to check out they actually have cashiers and no check yourself out isles. I will be a regular customer now. They have fantastic prices on meat and such a variety.

The staff is very nice. I love to cook random stuff and they always have items I need. Also has a great selection of wine. I also like it because you do not have to wait in line for a super long time.

I really enjoy this place. It is never as busy as some of the larger chain markets. The selection of fresh sausage for grilling is incredible. They even make a bacon sausage. If you really like a good selection of products that other stores this is quite a hidden gem of houma. They also have a really large beer, wine and liquor selection.

One of the last local grocery stores in town. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Has all the general grocery store facets but with an exceptionally large selection of wine, cheese, seafood, beer, and liquor. The butchery is also expansive and has great quality beef.

King cake is bomb! I'm from NOLA and picky as hell with my king cake.....the ooey gooey king cake, do yourself and get it now. NOT dry, great icing, I mean its legit

I decided to order my fresh flowers here for my wedding after receiving beautiful flowers from Cannata's for teacher appreciation week. I was pleased with the help, ideas, and information I was given in the floral department. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and after 2 weeks they are still pretty.
I also ordered cupcakes here for my wedding after having several issues with two local bakeries. I had no issues at all getting prices and exactly what I wanted. They were ready on time, fresh, and delicious! I will be giving Cannata's more business after these two experiences.

it's a great grocery store,large selection of wine,beer,cheese and exotic foods,friendly staff and clean environment, daily plate lunches that are extremely delicious and inexpensive(crab boil soup, green beans,white beans with fried fish)

Great prices and quality on beef....great selections of cheeses plus got some spicy pickled quail eggs and pearl onions from the Joseph Company. I was told those were delicious so pretty anxious to try them.

They have things that competitors do not have, even the so-called Epicurean markets or nation wide chains. Their butcher really knows his business and will help you. I wish I lived closer and would be able to be at their store more often.

Cannata's is a wonderful community grocery store! The cashiers are very very friendly and don't throw your groceries around and smash them while bagging them like Rouses does. They are very considerate and thoughtful.

My friend needed some corsages and bootenares for her wedding at the last minute. We went Saturday morning and a lady name Genie with blonde hair helped. She was so sweet, talented and quick. We deeply appreciate Genie helping make my friends wedding day go smooth this past weekend. While she made them we noticed that there are so many nice gifts at reasonable prices in the florist department also. Thank you Genie!
