It is easy to understand why Xpertech is voted #1 again and again. My air conditioning in my 2009 Ford Escape recently failed. With hot weather approaching, Kevin personally gave me a thorough explanation and estimate of the work to be done, and on the day of my appointment, got me in and out before noon. I have always had a positive experience at Xpertech and am happy to recommend them. Great folks, great service, great experience.

They always repair my cars right the first time, at reasonable prices. They are the most knowledgeable auto prepare shop I have ever dealt with, including new car dealerships.
This time they saved me close to $1,000 over the Audi dealer. Car was repaired with Audi parts and done on time.

Kevin and his team are outstanding! They do honest, affordable work, and don’t recommend services that your car doesn’t need. There’s a reason why they are in such high demand, and are always busy. They stand behind their work. I know there are other good shops and mechanics in Asheville, but I won’t go anywhere else but Xpertech. Thank you Xpertech for all you do for me and all your customers. My tire blew and I needed an emergency repair in their parking lot. Unfortunately I ended up needing 4 new tires (age and wear on other 3), but their knowledge, pleasant attitude, and constant check-ins made me feel at ease. No oversell, just honest solutions to what your car needs. The lobby was packed, but I never felt neglected. I definitely recommend!

Through the research of Ben, they were able to save me on the cost, which in today’s economy is always welcome! From the front service, to the mechanics and final “go-over” by Manager Kevin, the overall service exceeds all expectations! It’s so hard to find good people to work on minis, these guys have been great from start to finish. Honest pricing, and Kevin has gone above and beyond to troubleshoot my finicky cooper. I have appreciated their work and help immensely.

I first took my car to Kevin over almost 20 years ago when he was on the river at the Texaco Station across from golf course. Shortly thereafter, I moved out of state but returned in 2020. Xpertech has sure grown since then. I have no doubt its because he and his team are honest and do great work.

Hands down the best service garage in WNC. Honest, reliable, and consistent. I've taken my car there for various things over the years and it is always an A+ experience.

I won't take my car anywhere else. I trust that when they say something is needed, it's necessary and in my best interest to do it. During my recent visit for oil change, etc., they noticed a part coming loose and fixed it on the spot. When I do have to make a major repair, they will search for the least expensive way to make it happen. I really appreciate Xpertech.

I’m new to the area and recently needed work on my Jeeps exhaust system. I picked Xpertech based on customer reviews.
They did not disappoint. Friendly staff, fair price, and all done in a timely manor.
Plus they offer a lot of service/repair options.
Feels good to have honest and reliable car care near by.

i’m almost hesitant to leave this review because I don’t want so many people going here that it gets hard to make an appointment, ha ha. This is the first time in my many years of driving that I have felt comfortable saying, “I have a mechanic.“ I totally trust this business and I really appreciate that their prices are reasonable.

I called about obtaining my annual car inspection. Was told they don't make appointments but if I could come "now" they could do it. I drove there, they took my car almost immediately and I was on my way again in about 20 minutes. The staff there has always been very helpful and appears to do very good work at a fair price. (I've been getting all my work done there for several years.)

A friend suggested we try Xpertech after another local mechanic let us down, and we are so happy we did. The car we brought in was in pretty poor shape. It was so bad we considered junking it, but Kevin assured us that it could be repaired and made sure it was everything was 100% before he let us take it home. The process took some time because the car had multiple issues, but everyone at Xpertech was honest, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Xpertech is the best! We won't go anywhere else!!

Kevin, Ben, Summer, Rae and the techs are great. I’ve been coming here for several years now. They always let me know what needs attention and what can wait or what to expect in the next couple visits. I’ve never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Their pricing is fair and service is top notch. I have recommended Xpertech to family and friends. I’ll continue having my Subaru Outbacks serviced here. Thank you all for caring about customers.

Absolute professionals with a straight forward, no BS approach. They also let the mechanics speak directly to the customers. This common sense communication directly from the experts goes a long way to help the customer understand how to better take care of their vehicle. It is nice to leave a place with more knowledge that you arrived with "Service Managers" often know little of the actual details and get in the way of clear communication. Not Xpertech! Ya'll have earned a customer for life.
