Dr. Bernstein was kind and honest. I felt comfortable with him. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They care about the overall well-being of their patients. And their check-in process was easy.

As someone needing a "go-to" doctor, and partner in managing my health, I couldn't have asked for more.

A close relative recommended Dr. Kottoor to us when we were looking for a family doctor. These reviews gave me pause but I trust my relative. I’m glad we went and I highly recommend Dr. Kottoor. He asked the right questions, was kind and patient. And most of all, myself being female, he LISTENED. My teenaged daughter also felt comfortable with him and that’s important to me as well. I don’t want to invalidate any negative reviews, but if your appt is with Dr.Kottoor, you’re in great hands.

I have been a patient here since 2016. My entire family sees various doctors at this practice. The ease with which you can get an appointment is one of the main reasons I continue to come. If it is for a well-visit, they find an appt. within a reasonable time and I have NEVER been denied an appointment for myself of for my daughter whenever we have been sick. I have seen most every doctor in the practice and I feel like they listen to my concerns and help me when need be. The people who work reception are always very kind, as well as the assistants! Nothing negative to say about Asheville Medicine and Pediatrics!

I could not recommend this practice high enough! They are so amazing. From the always kind front Staff/secretaries to the sweetest nurses! We see Dr. Bernstein and he is amazing. Smart, kind and also a dad, so he gets it!
I wanted to write the review because I was in awe of them! On Christmas Eve my little one started acting very sick and I was worried we should go to the hospital but of course didn’t want to because it was Christmas Eve. When I paged the on call doctor, which was dr Bernstein, he immediately called me and didn’t make me feel guilty at all for calling on Christmas Eve! He actually called me again 4 hours later just to check in! And again on Christmas. I was stunned by his kindness and sincere concern for my kiddo.
Dr. Bernstein is always happy to send referrals for all the specialists we need for our sickly daughter, and is great at just listening to our concerns.
Highly highly recommend! Thank you Dr B and staff for all that you do!

I & my family are extremely happy patients of Dr. Bernstein - have been for 15 years. We give this practice 5 stars for 1) seeing us quickly [always happy to squeeze us in, & waiting room waits are 10 min. or less]; 2) the staff + doctors are always friendly & respectful & responsive; 3) Dr. Bernstein is generous with his time, making sure his patients receive the best medical treatment possible.

I have never felt more comfortable with a Doctor, than I do with Doctor Nicolini. She is the most understanding doctor ever, and always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and aware of any questions or concerns I have! She always makes my wife and I feel that we are her only patients that day, even though we know she is very busy! She truly cares about us. She loves her work, and is just as eager to find out about what is going on with our health, as we are. It’s such a relief to have a doctor like this. We are also always greeted by Ashley at the front desk, who is so inviting, and patient, and kind. We’ve witnessed her, literally, place an order at firehouse sub for an older patient, who was too rushed to eat lunch before coming to the doctor that day, so she placed the order and went across the way to get her a sandwich while she waited in the waiting room. Lol. The experience here is nothing less than the best. I was not able to see Nicolini this visit, and I was uneasy about that, but Dr. K was just as good and anytime we are unable to see Nicolini for urgent appointments, I will feel comfortable seeing him.
I feel it is truly hard to find someone unlikeable here, so If you’re in search of a new doctor, this is it.

Jennifer Nicolini is a wonderful physician. She has taken care of me for 20 years The office staff is welcoming, caring and efficient. I am lucky to have had Dr. Nicolini recommended many years ago when my physician was retiring. She's the best!!

While not in the medical field myself, I come from a medical family. My father was a physician, and my wife is a BSN. Asheville Medicine & Pediatrics is a first rate medical practice. I find Dr. Bernstein to be highly knowledgeable, professional, warm and focused. My wife is very pleased with Dr. Nicolini. No doubt the other physicians are equally competent to be working alongside the physicians mentioned here. The office staff, nurses and technicians are all highly competent and friendly. Regardless of who your physician is, if you experience difficulty with regards blood draws here's a tip--drink plenty of water prior to going in for blood work.

Hugely appreciative of the quality of care provided by Dr. Nicolini and her colleagues. The office staff are extraordinarily kind and provide excellent coordination. A practice that truly exemplifies the value of family care across the life course!

We’ve been seeing Dr Bernstein for 8 years and he and his staff have always been great to us. He takes me seriously when it’s serious and talks me off the ledge when I’m flipping out over nothing. Definitely would recommend this practice

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr Nicolini for the past 5 years. I have also worked with 3 of the other doctors as needed. They have all been very caring, concerned and competent. The staff is excellent as well!

This place is amazing!!! The receptionist is perfect all of them!!! Dr nicolini is PERFECT!!! she definitely made me for more at ease since I’m a first time mom and I overthink a lot... she kept me calm and sane!!! They deserve 1000 stars if I could give!!! Thanks to this place

Great staff, easy to get appointments. Quick wait time. Very attentive doctors, who take the time to explain everything. We have seen Dr.Bubb, Bernstein and Morehouse. Great place for whole family care!!
