Have been going to this office for several years now, ALWAYS does an excellent job regardless of which doctor I see. Lately I've been seeing Dr.Parker, a dentist visit has always given me anxiety and is never a comfortable place to be but Dr. Parker and the team has done an amazing job keeping me as comfortable and pain free with difficult extractions as possible. Her and the team at this office are amazing, 100% recommend using Family Dental Care for all your dental needs!

I had an issue with my tooth today and the front desk ladies were able to fit me in immediately. I was so grateful. I love everyone at this dental office. Thank you Dr Madison and Laura for your help. You are awesome. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Williams and my hygienist Linda are awesome! They ensure that my smile is beautiful, very patient, and listens to my concerns wholeheartedly. The entire staff is very friendly and the level of professionalism is exactly what I look for in a business-polite. I have been pleased with the excellent care!!

I love it here, they take really good care of my son’s dental needs. He loves going to get his teeth clean/checked because they are so understanding of him and considerate of his age (5). They tell him he’s in control and that they will follow his lead and that gives my son confidence when a treatment has to be done that they will listen to him even if he is a child. Great staff, clean place and never had to wait long to be seen.

I don’t believe I’ve had so much done in such a short time at a dentist appointment before.Family dental care really runs like a well oiled machine. If I can offer an analogy, it was like the first five minutes of a Star Trek episode where everyone uses technology to their greatest power, they gracefully slide into their seas and get the job done . they gave me a clear and concise plan for care, and executed it with expert ability.

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very family oriented! My 7 year old had the best time getting her teeth cleaned. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great dentist! The hygienist that did my cleaning was very thorough, took her time, and let me know each second what she was going to do. I have a lot of tooth sensitivity and pain and this cleaning was painless. I would 100% recommend this dentist for everyone!

My child is on the autism spectrum and completely nonverbal and they were incredible to him. Love, love, love them. They did amazing at making my child feel cared for and I appreciated their comfort, patience, and, their willingness to work a plan out suitable for my kiddo during the whole visit.

Went for a visit for my 4 year old. Easy and no issues. Very nice office. We have been going here since 2015 and zero issues!

Everyone was so nice and patient with my son. This was his first dentist visit and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I picked Family dental for his treatments. The office was very welcoming and the hygienist explained everything in terms that I could understand. I recommend taking your family there. They are the best.

I just finished my new patient appointment and was very impressed. Both the hygienist, Emily and Doctor Gosai, we're friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I have a phobia about the dentist. But I'll have to say this was a great experience. Staff is very nice and accommodating. They put my fears at ease. Dr. Parker was very nice and thorough and explained my options. Ashley was a great hygienist! Definitely a thumbs up for me!!

Very pleased. Appointment was at 2pm and was taken back at 1:56pm. Dental assistant Amyah was excellent with getting me prepped and Dr. Parker did a fantastic job getting me up and running again. I'm so glad to have chosen them to be my preferred Family dentistry.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They’re SO quick to get you in and they’re all so amazing! But I truly have to thank Dr. Gosai! I’ve never had someone be so understanding about my anxiety before and so willing to work with me however I needed it. I’ve never had a better dentist in my life or a better dentist office in general!

This is by far the best dentist office in Jacksonville. Everyone in the office is so incredibly nice. I had the absolute best experience here after avoiding dentists for so long due to a horrible experience years ago, somewhere else. They were ALL so comforting & receiving of my fear & made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever been at any dentist office. I also don’t have dental insurance so they were able to get me on an affordable payment plan which I thought was so amazing. Highly recommend!!

if i could give this place more stars i would! i had brynn the hygienist and she was absolutely AMAZING the kindest calmest sweetest most patient hygienist that i’ve ever had! i get really anxious at the dentist and she did a amazing job talking me through it and making me feel better about the whole experience! i also had Dr Gosai and she was also very amazing and patient with me throughout the whole thing! i 100% recommend this place especially if you have high anxiety going to dentists! they’re very kind and aren’t like most dentists!

Incredible friendly service and smiling faces. Comfortable environment. Ashlyn was so comforting through my procedure and legitimately cared about me and what I was going through. Nicole went out of her way to check on me and I am grateful for the team.
