Awesome people to work with !

This was possibly the worst experience with a real estate company I’ve had. The realtor was someone that knew my family but that didn’t matter. The owner was rude and arrogant. I rarely post on Zillow but I’d hate for someone else to go through what I did. This home was an investment property and very important to me and my family. I used Zillow and sold it myself.

We had hired this company to help us find a house out of state. We thought we had a solid person. Only to find out how wrong we were. She referred the homes inspection company they were bad and missed a bunch of things. She didn’t inform us that the seller putting down non disclosure was a red flag, she referred the guy she said was a structural contractor who wasn’t even close. And the fact we feel she was in collusion with the seller because she said she wasn’t going to help sell anymore houses for him. There were no permits pulled on the property. At the end there was foundation rot and work that needed to be done under house. The electrician on this job shouldn’t be doing electrical work and the house had gotten my wife sick from the mold. To finally get rid of this house we had to dump 100k into it I would not recommend using this company I don’t feel she had our best interest at hand. Too many red flags she never told us about. She shouldn’t be allowed to be an agent in the Realty industry she’s not very knowledgeable and will cost more clients more money in the future. I do not recommend This company just my opinion. I’m in the. Building trades and we were on the other side of the country. Don’t trust anyone to don’t your work for you or your agent. We thought we had a good agent we were terribly wrong. We’re seeking legal counsel to go after everyone involved.

I'm going to start this by saying this has nothing to do with our realtor Shevaun. She was amazing to work with.

Me and my Fiance attempted to buy a home back in June. we were given multiple lender choices and we chose to use the one through them NextMortgage. They knew it was my first time attempting to buy a home and didn't guide us correctly at all. Gave us false hopes and cost us a lot of money by getting us under contract without doing the correct steps before. After they lost us money we brought our grievance to our realtor who connected us with someone over the Mortgage side of things. She listened to us and said she would look into the situation and she never called me back. I held off this long hoping for some form of resolution and have gotten nothing. Don't use this companies lender. Cost me and my family a lot of time and money.
