Ordered my daughter’s volleyball uniforms from here with no issues. Each time I have called and requested support for additional items, they have provided exceptional service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered the uniform kit for my son's baseball team. They sent the wrong helmet for several players and did not offer any solutions to fix the problem. Additionally, there is currently a delay in getting our jerseys. The company said it would take up to 10 days to ship. I was told yesterday that they just received the items from a vendor and that it would take a month to customize them. Therefore, we shouldn't expect the items to ship until Oct 7th. When I requested to cancel that part of the order as the season will be almost over, I was told it was impossible to cancel.

Bottom of the barrel for service and product quality. The uniform numbers came off even when following care directions and there are always problems trying to order my player's uniforms from their website. We ended up using our Cricut to replace the numbers that fell off from the jersey as a temporary fix. What we thought would be a temporary fix ended up being a permanent one because the DIY stuff we got from the Hobby store was so much better quality than what was originally used.

Probably the worse place for a team to order any uniforms!!! No one knows anything but will give you the run around before your get a true answer. Been working with them to fix the wrong item sent almost 4 weeks and just get a new answer every time we talk.
