Ashley Store

Sandy at the Mooresville location was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We knew what we wanted before going in, but she made the experience seamless and quick. Delivery came a month and a half before the online store projected, and the delivery team was kind and professional. This is my second large sectional from Ashley, and I don’t see a reason to shop anywhere else. 10/10.

We went to Ashley Store to purchase a bedroom set. Sandy was our sales associate and helped us with our purchase. She was very knowledgeable and professional with helping us bring it to fruition. We had been to many furniture stores and we weren't able to find anything to our liking. The furniture is well made and attractive. We will enjoy it for years to come. The team there is very helpful, pleasant, and caring and offers you great service. Thank you!

Scott was amazing to deal with. He built rapport with me almost instantly . I'm fact I came back the next day to buy a matching love seat.

Nathan also helped as well with my pick up and delivery switch, he was also a pleasure to work with, highly recommend buying from this Ashley location.

The store has a pretty big selection of furniture and even mattresses.

I recently purchased some furniture from this store and worked with Sandy. I cannot say enough great things about my experience working with her. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about all products they carry and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy! This is the second time buying from this location and from Sandy. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re in the market for new furniture. You will not be disappointed. She sets the standard for great customer service.

I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the store. Ryan's pleasant face greeted meet right away! He was so friendly and knowledgeable about my selection and telling me everything I needed to know! So nice doing business with him!

I came in earlier in day just to look at tables( kitchen and dining room). Dan P. showed me the options. I took some pictures to show my husband. I expressed that we were looking at replacing one or the other but not both. Fast forward to 3 hours later. I brought my husband back to look at the tables. DanP. was so very helpful that we left with a two tables and 12 chairs and also a brand new living room furniture set. Thanks Dan for all your help!

My husband and I visited the Ashley location in Mooresville looking for a dining room table. We worked with Sandy and she was wonderful. We found a table we love and got it for a great price! We will definitely go back for any future purchases!

Eva was wonderful! She heard our ideas for furniture and was able to lead us right to the products that matched our needs. She was helpful but we didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Our experience with Ashley was excellent. We will certainly be returning.

Had a great experience at the Ashley Store. Sandy, the sales manager, was excellent. She greeted us at the door and shared sales promotions, and then gave us time to browse the store. She was available for any questions we had and was very helpful. Can't wait to get our furniture delivered! We'll definitely return for future purchases!

We had a wonderful experience today with our trip to Ashley. We worked with Dan, he was great. Very knowledgeable about the type of furniture and leather We were looking for. We found something we liked and Dan went above and beyond making our transaction easy, and even gave us better price than the sale price! Overall a great trip into Ashley furniture today.

Dan was very accommodating and professional. He didn’t pressure us at all during our two visits to the store, and helped us make a decision that will work well for our living room. I returned to purchase a bedroom set and Ewa remembered me, asked about the status of all our renovations and was JUST AS AMAZING as the first time dealing with her! Thank you for being so great. I had a complicated space and she looked and looked until we found a set that would work!

We went into Ashley Furniture yesterday. My family has been repeat customers. We had an amazing experience with the team members and customer service. They made the buying experience extremely quick and easy. I want to give a huge shout out to Steve who went above and beyond.

Working with Ryan was a great experience. He was very helpful in helping us select the furniture we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of The manager Michael was also very helpful and wanted to ensure we had a good experience.

Went into the store to purchase a mattress and was met at the door by Sam Williamson. She took me around looking at different one and I couldn't make my mind up and she was so patient and very personable. She made the experience easy and wasn't pushy. Needless to say if we have the experience we had today we will go back.

Dan Pieszchala was such a great help! He let us wander the store, loaned us a tape measure, and patiently answered all our questions. When we made our final decision he gave us all the info we needed and got us checked out quickly. Very pleasant experience. We will shop here again!

I can’t say enough good things about Sandy and my experience. She was so helpful and took her time and even drew a layout for me so I could visualize how the furniture would look in my new space. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and never rushed me. If you ever visit Ashley’s furniture, make sure you ask for Sandy. You won’t be disappointed. Would give her 10 stars if I could 😊
