Intown Granite & Quartz

We came across Intown after cancelling with a big chain company that was to difficult to schedule with, and we are so happy that we did! From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated like VIPs. Ivo and Jonathan were so kind and helpful, and their showroom was filled with beautiful slabs. And, prices were less than the big chain stores. The hardest part was picking which gorgeous slab we wanted. The process was so professional, Wesley came out to measure within a few days, and two days after that Marley and his crew did the most beautiful install. They did flawless seams and were professional and courteous and even cleaned up everything after. The granite is stunning and we couldn’t be happier. If we had gone with the chain store we would still be waiting, instead we have beautiful thick granite countertops in time for Christmas. Thank you!!

The overall experience from selecting our slab, in home measurements, Intown communication, and to the installation was seamless. The cost of the material and installation itself if half of what others want to charge. We were very well attended by Ivo Lima, a great friend and a great professional, he was very patient and very attentive in clarifying all our questions. Their material is great and it is installed very carefully and safely. Every detail of the stone is in harmony, each piece connects with the other, and the seams are imperceptible. We’ve used Intown for several projects around Seattle. On the most recent project we had a minor issue during the install and Intown was very responsive in coming by to fix it. The quality of the work has been amazing and the company stands by their product and installation. We had a great experience when ordering a countertop for our kitchen island. They were so helpful and didn’t try to upsell us. We felt comforted by the expertise and get compliments on it every time… plus the bull terrier in the showroom was adorable and friendly!

Intown Granite&Quarte did an excellent job installing my granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities. We were very happy with the material selections available in their showroom and the pricing was VERY competitive. Their installers did a great job, even coming back to regrind the countertop to enable a better fit with an oversized stove. Their customer service has been friendly, swift and clear and their installers delivered a high quality finished product. What I particularly liked was the ability to get a quotation for both materials AND installation at the same time, versus other slab suppliers, who will cost out the slab and then leave you to secure an installer on your own. In short, I will definitely return to Intown Granite & Quartz for all of my future countertop needs.

They did a terrific work at our kitchen countertops, I loved the final result, it looks so beautiful! The guys were super friendly and would consult me for helping deciding how I wanted things, what I appreciated. Dilma was very communicative and sweet and assisted me throughout the whole process. InTown just installed my MSI Calacatta Valentin kitchen counters and I can't be more pleased. From my initial visit to their warehouse, finalizing the order, templating and install my experience has been top notch! The templating specialist and installers all had the attention to detail that I was hoping for. Not to mention, their prices are more than competitive. Great experience.

Marley and team were exceptional ! Prompt. Courteous. Friendly. They know their craft! Countertop installation was perfect and looks beautiful, as well as a clean and quick tear out of old countertop and sinks. There is a lot to do with this work and he and the team are experts - we are very happy with the end result ! We highly recommend !

Love this place, it's staff and their work! They've already done my beach house kitchen, powder room, master & guest bath and the laundry room sink! I have to tell you even after 7 years it is the first thing people admire. The craftsmanship was next to none: and it still takes time to find the seams even though I know where they are. They also did custom work on the island with a beautiful custom curved end. They also had a bit of stone left over so they made a matching stone window sill above my sink! Absolutely beyond any of my hopes and wishes!! Back again to have their help for my house in Brownspoint. Highly recommend!👍🥰😁

We found Intown Granite after researching online and had a great experience! The sales associate was friendly and helpful, and got us setup for measurements within a week. Installation was less than a week after that, and the installers, Jose and Israel, did a fantastic job. They arrived early, were quick, professional, clean and friendly. Will certainly use Intown for future projects!

Okay, this place is amazing! I probably checked out about 20 different suppliers before choosing Intown Granite and I'm SO happy we went with them. I work in real estate & have worked with flippers and such and will forever recommend this company from here on out as they are way more professional/affordable then most other companies. They provide quality service, communication, followthrough and installation. Our countertops were installed VERY quickly and perfectly! A different company close to our house quoted us $3,000 MORE for the same product we received from Intown Granite. I'll update my photos for the review once our kitchen is finalized!
