Linda was very personable and made sure she had a good understanding of my request. She also mentioned I may be able to quality for an additional discount on my premium. I appreciated her looking into that and mentioning it to me, otherwise I would have never known. Very good customer service.

Linda was very helpful and informative and assured me that she would take care of the changes. I have been with Jason as a client for quite some time and am always satisfied with the service that I get from his office.

Easy and cost saving experience. I asked Daisy if there was anywhere we could save money, and she immediately emailed me back with all of our options to have payments that fit our needs better. She checked back after several days later and when I told her what we decided, she made it take effect immediately, letting us know what amount would be prorated for us. The best customer service I’ve ever had!

The Agency manager Daisy Fioravanti recently assisted me with adding a new car to my insurance, removing my previous car and changing my name on file.
