They are humans and have helped me on numerous occasions . They are very responsive to maintenance requests. I’ve been a happy tenant for 2 years and counting.

I highly recommend NOT using this realtor company or renting from them. All encounters I've had with Colleen have been anything but pleasant. She's extremely rude and has no business dealing with the general public. Instructing tenants and renters to not communicate to me is a huge red flag. A lot of things about this agency seem sketchy. All correspondences I've had with this lady have been nothing but belittling and snarky. She's definitely not out here to help in any shape way or form if it being information, solutions to problems in the home, lease agreements, fees or anything that takes any sort of necessity of communication in a "nice" way. I'd never let my employees speak to people in such a manner.

We put in an offer on a home. Patricia Mukhtar was the agent on the home and told our agent that there were no other offers on the listing. The agent respondedn email and said they would take it if there were a certain amount of increase in due diligence. We responded that we would increase the due diligence, but hadn't yet responded with paperwork. Later that day she told us that they had another showing and took that offer. I understand that legally this can happen, but ethically the best scenario would be to let us know that another offer had been put in and give us a chance. I thought things were finished and we just had to sign. Trust is important in this process.

I paid $150 for 3 separate applications at $50 each. The Agent never reached out to me I had to continuously contact them regarding the application process. 7 days later I reached out again just to hear I'm not approved without the reason why I wasn't approved I asked why wasn't I approve the agent never gave me a response so it's like I just gave someone I never met free money. Not professional at all!! I wasn't even given the opportunity to view the property before applying. I've been on my job for year's have a great rental history no bad background. Totally was not expecting this.
