Just took my 1st training course with Tribe Survival. Exceeded my expectations. Very informative and patient throughout the entire training. Instructor is direct and practical, professional and highly skilled. I plan to take 4-5 more training courses within the next few weeks and months. I would recommend Tribe to anyone ranging from little to no experience, and even very experienced shooters looking for ways to sharpen their skills. Looking forward to growing with Tribe Survival. Awesome class, I took the pistol 1 class and it was everything I hoped it would be. Small class size, and couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Rob is awesome, very professional and definitely knows what he’s doing! If you’re new to shooting or you’ve been shooting for a while and want to train and hone the craft; take his class. By far the most informative and educational rifle / pistol class in the area . The dedication that is spent via 1v 1 or in a class is hands down top notch . I highly recommend this instructor and business for all types of skill levels and types of training. Truly an amazing experience and he has my business for life .

Signed up for this on a whim and came out of it with not only some new skills, but new friends as well! I would highly recommend attending some sort of training for anyone not wanting to be a victim or wanting to take care of their loved ones. Rob was super knowledgeable but also went out of his way to explain why things were done a certain way without even having to be asked. We had conversations about pros & cons, and what the differences were in other techniques that are being taught. He, and the team, welcome questions and are willing to talk through other ideas. I will be signing up for more courses and my son has already asked to attend with me.

I recently took pistol 1&2 and I’m glad I did. With everything that’s going on in the world today I can’t think of a better time to start training and learning from someone that knows what they are talking about, cares about you and provides high quality instruction. Rob took extra time to make sure everyone felt confident that they could leave and continue training on what we had learned before ending class. Robs passion and devotion to teach shows and you won’t regret training with him. I’ll be taking more classes in the near future.

I recently completed Tribe Survival's Rifle-1 course and was thoroughly impressed. The emphasis on mindset training was invaluable, and Rob's insights into the psychological aspects of rifle training added a unique and crucial dimension to the course. What sets Rob apart is not just his expertise but also his kind and approachable demeanor. He made complex concepts easy to understand, fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment. Rob's passion for teaching and depth of knowledge created an atmosphere conducive to learning and improvement.

First time training with Rob. I did pistol 1 which was just awesome. Training with Rob is real - period. It’s so much more than just training, it’s an investment in yourself. Looking forward to pistol 2 and CQB training. Am editing this review to add content as of 2/16/24-2/17/24 have taken Rifle1 and 2. These 2 courses changed my entire outlook on handling and shooting a long gun. Learned many new skills and info that matters. Have scheduled additional classes because the courses are so good.

I really enjoyed the Pistol 2 course . Rob has a high level of skill and experience and is also a good teacher. He did a good job of figuring out what each student needed to work on, prescribing appropriate drills for the purpose, and then giving clear, useful feedback. Most of the class had more training than I, but Rob ran drills that each of us could complete successfully at our own level of skill. It seemed to me that the drills were effectively adapted to accommodate the needs/interests of the students, as well as the hot, humid conditions that day. The location was very suitable to the exercises being run. Last, but not least, the entire atmosphere was very friendly and supportive. I will absolutely be training with Tribe Survival again!

Excellent training! Rob is extremely knowledgeable and will push you to be better throughout the entire course. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to gain experience with their pistol or rifle skills. Definitely exceeded expectations!

Exceptional experience! I’m a 62 year old single woman that has only been to the range once in my life…In addition to leaving today feeling much more confident about my shooting abilities, Rob was excellent at making me feel much more prepared emotionally and mentally if and when a situation arises that I need to protect myself or my loved ones~I highly recommend Tribe Survival! In fact, I’m buying my daughter, son in law and two young teenage grandsons a gift certificate for their full day course for the holidays!

Rifle 1 class:
Growing up as an avid shooter, I wanted to receive formal training. The class was awesome. We had people from all backgrounds and professions from LEO to stay at home moms. We had amateur shooters to door kickers. The class and instruction was clear, direct, and real-world practical. The instructor I found to be very knowledgeable as well as relatable. Atmosphere was great. I enjoyed learning new skills, and real world application not just standing stagnet shooting paper. I look forward to Rifle 2 class.

I had an amazing experience with the training and will definitely be signing up for more classes. The instructor is an amazing man who has a passion for training others but furthermore has connected a great cause to Tribe Survival LLC. He has a mission to help develop and create a youth camp to help trouble young men find purpose and motivation through connecting with nature and the elements. It was a blessing to see such passion in our day and age to help out and change the future for the better.

I did the Full Day Pistol 1 course with Rob and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of education, drills, and personal attention that he was able to give to each of the students. It helped a lot that he is passionate about what he does and is just generally a good guy. The course was held at an outdoor range with a good balance of safety awareness but also casual enough to joke around and make friends. If you're looking for some training you couldn't find a better guy to take a course or two with. I'm already signed up for my next one which I'm very much looking forward to!

Excellent training. It had been a couple years since I'd been to the range, and roughly 10 years since I'd taken a firearm training course. Rob worked one on one with each student and customized the course to fit our needs. As we improved he continued to introduce new challenges and coached us through the skills to overcome them. In hours he had me more confidently shooting my handgun than I ever had, and landing shots I did not think I was capable of before. I had a great time and learned a lot. Thank you Rob, I look forward to training with you again.

Excellent training! The instructor has vast knowledge in weapons handling and tactics. He presents the material in a logical, practical, and understandable way, and then sets up performance drills for students to learn and refine weapons skills using various scenarios. All the while he is a great encourager. I highly recommend this training. Oh yeah, and he loves the LORD!

Rob is a great guy and he is very knowledgeable about the topics that he teaches. He is very patient and adapts his delivery of information in a way so that everyone will be able to understand and also to retain it. At the end of the day of training everyone was more proficient and confident in all that Rob has instructed us on.

Rob does a great job of creating a comfortable casual atmosphere out of potentially uncomfortable and stressful situations. Very well knowledge and willingness to share that from himself and fellow instructor (Todd) make the courses MUST DO's for anyone, regardless of experience. Can't recommend enough.
