Honest-1 Auto Care Mooresville

Decided to make an appointment for 4:30 on 2/26/23 for an oil change. This was my first time at Honest-1. I decided to try them out after seeing so many good reviews. I must say, they really live up to the good reputation! Showed up 15 min early for my appointment, and they got me in early since it wasn’t too busy. They used a seat cover when they pulled it into the bay, which I appreciate, and shows respect for customer vehicles. I was out the door with fresh oil in my car in less than 35 minutes. Very quick, great service! To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I’ll definitely be back in the future for my car needs!

Have had multiple cars in for different reasons ranging from simple service to major repairs. Sometimes they have the best price and sometimes they don't. I can guarantee that they will do a quality job and be truthful about what needs done and doesn't. They are really good about remembering customers names and faces and are always friendly. I will continue to take my cars to them for repair and service

I noticed them while leaving Harris Teeter, I noticed and decided to give them a try. It was a very nice experience. The friendliness and upfront service was spectacular.

They are very customer oriented. Prices may be higher than others but you get what you pay for. Workmanship is outstanding and will be done correctly. They stand behind their work 💯 percent.

I've gone to this shop a few times and the guys are pretty friendly. They are straight forward and sat with me and brainstormed some issues I had with my vehicle. Definitely recommend this shop.

Yesterday I had a bit of a snafu at another company when I brought in my vehicle for an oil change. Honest-1 had me towed within 30 minutes, the men who handled my situation inside (Chris and Lucas I believe were their names) were friendly, attentive, personable, and outstandingly helpful. I absolutely felt my time was valued. They handled everything, offered me an on-site loaner vehicle (with proof of full coverage insurance), called me with updates to keep me informed, and everything was resolved and in beautiful shape just 24 hours later. I cannot say enough about their great professionalism and care. I will definitely be returning here for my vehicle needs. Thanks for making what could have been a quite stressful experience into a wonderful one!!

I just moved to Morrisville and needed a vehicle inspection. I looked for a business with high ratings and found Honest-1. I was not disappointed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Service was great. They even left a packet of cookies in my cup holder with a thank you note for using their business. A+++

You should definitely bring your car here! Weather its a quick fix (cheap repair) or an extensive one like mine was (not cheap). they explain why and all the details involved. They stand behind their work and you can count on getting a great price from a great group. I wouldn’t go any where else.

The front desk men Lucas and Chris are absolutely amazing and so kind. I felt very assured that they would fix the A/C problem and they went above and beyond to find out exactly what the problem was and fix it. The waiting area is super clean and well kept.
