Carolina Ribs On the Run

Service by Donna was Phenomenal! Perfect P/R customer service skills. I'm a picky eater especially about barbecue and it difficult to impress me, but everything was exceptionally tasty. EVERYTHING, the different sauces, the flavor of the pork, the fresh steamed green bean were the best I have ever tasted, somebody in the kitchen of this restaurant can throw down.

Amazing pulled pork sandwiches

Great local barbecue place. Have tried several things here, and all have been great. The raspberry jalapeño sauce they gave with poppers was wicked good.

The food was great. Staff let you taste sauces and such before we ordered food. It was nice to eat good quality food and portions. Food taste was pretty good overall

Very disappointed. Our first time there and the food was cold. We ordered the appetizer fried mushrooms the large ones were still frozen, my bake beans were cold, the baby back ribs were room temperature. The meat did not fall off the bones they needed to be cooked more. Not sure if we will go back or not. Hungry for a good rib dinner and we ended up with a frozen one!

Not Impressed!!!!!

My wife and I stopped in there for lunch today. I been waiting for them to open. I am a rib guy. We were not impressed at all with the food. My ribs were mushy. It seems they are more focused on there sauce then actually cooking a solid rib. The sides are very small they were tasty but very small portion. My wife ordered the wings they were under cooked they were done but not done if you know what I mean. I was really hoping to have a great rib joint in Mooresville. I have to say I make better ribs myself at home.

Great place to go if you want to stand around for a long time, be ignored, and not eat ribs.
