Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Well I have been to this location only once but I had a good experience. They opened at 10 and I got there like 10min prior to opening and there was already a long line, but that's not their fault. Even though they were busy with what seems like too many customers for them, they still didn't lose their smiles. Both the man opening the door welcoming people in, and also the banker who helped me, Kassandra, were very friendly and helpful. Got what I needed done, and actually didn't end up waiting as long as I thought I might.

All the office workers have been great in my several appointments I've had to have recently. The tellers are much improved from even a year ago. Buddy B, the bank support person, is very good & makes it fun!! (like the other reviewer said)

I walked in the other day with an unusual transaction. It took four people to help me. They were all pleasant and all professional.
There were initially two windows open. Once they saw a line-up they opened a third.
To avoid long lines you might try a time other than Friday evening or bank on line.

I have been an account holder with Bank of America since 2001. I stopped by this branch yesterday because I was frustrated with the fees that I was being charged for a once free checking account. I came in very frustrated with the whole ordeal and was ready to close my account.
Juanita and the staff went above and beyond to find a solution for me! They showed me some options that I could take advantage of with my business banking, and solved my problem.
It is refreshing to see when a company and the people who work there, actually take their customer's satisfaction seriously!

Cheryl, Dina, and Buddy are doing everything that they can to be a true Bank of America Center in nature, ability, and service. I chose that bank because of their management dedication. Fearlessly doing with all their might to be a bright shinning star in the Community and Banking Industry here in Federal Way. Like most Bank of America banks. They are excellent in attitude, service, and ability.

I was there 3 times, I never saw long lines. The good people working there helped me a lot. Good customer service.

Once I get better at online Banking I will, not have to spend so much time in line, but that is my fault, the Customer Service is outstanding.
