I can't say enough good stuff about this place. Every single staff member has been amazing. The Doctors are excellent. Every time I've ever had an emergency they have been able to get me in. And the little things, like how cute is this backdrop to take pics of your pets 😍

I am so impressed with the Doctors and Staff. All around great experience. Been coming here for many years and never leave confused or unclear about our visit. Babcock Hills Vet. Hospital has my fur babies paw of approval.

I took my Corgi here for nearly 15 years. A great practice full of knowledgeable, professional and caring people. We took advantage of pretty much all services - check ups, grooming, boarding, dental cleaning, surgeries and unfortunately, euthanasia. All met our expectations (experience & cost). Even when we had to say goodbye, it was as best as could be given the situation - full of compassion and reverence for my pet. When a vet sheds a tear with you, you know where they stand. Thank you, Babcock Hills for always taking great care of our Ein.

Our little Lily passed away at home the day before her appointment. The lovely ladies at Babcock Hills were very compassionate and we feel blessed to have them take care of our baby's remains.

I absolutely love this vet hospital! I recently raised a new born kitten, and when she started showing signs of an infection I took her here. I was welcomed by a very friendly staff, and my kitten was taken care of by such a caring veterinarian. I had been so exhausted from all the newborn duties for the first few weeks, and the vet was gracious enough to take her for a few hours so I could catch up on sleep. It put me at ease knowing she was in such good hands! Thank you so much for being so great!

We drive about 30 minutes just to come to this vet. We’ve tried quite a few but the communication and experience here is top tier. They’re quick, they have an app that makes appt requests SO easy and we’re always in and out. Paying inside the room we’re being checked at is super convenient as well. Dr. Martinez is great at communicating and making sure I don’t have any additional questions and the assistants are always so nice and keep my dog at ease during his appt. We absolutely love Babcock Hills for our dog and 2 cats. We have struggled finding a vet here in San Antonio over the last several years that wasn't super expensive or that didn't try and upcharge for anything and everything they could get away with. Not at Babcock Hills. They are honest, accommodating and so easy to work with. Dr. Marie is so gentle and sweet and really is passionate about her work, but so is every employee that we have interacted with . I am so grateful to have found this forever vet for my babies.

Hands down the best vet clinic I've ever taken my dogs to. Very easy to schedule and always very professional. We recently went through some difficult medical issues with one of our dogs and Dr. Martinez went above and beyond for us. I've never encountered a more empathetic and compassionate vet (and I've moved around a lot for school and as a result, have taken my dogs to vets in North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, Washington and now Texas). No other clinic has come close to the experience we've had at Babcock Hills.

Our lil baby was diagnosed with diabetes. The doc & staff have been great to work with as we learn, they teach us, & we adjust to managing it. Caring and patient.

Staff is friendly, had a positive clinic experience when Macaroni was not feeling well and Dr Aldridge and staff did their best to accommodate her and get the situation taken care of so that she was not in pain or uncomfortable. She is doing great recovering at home and for that I am so thankful to Babcock Hills.

I've been taking my dogs to Babcock Hills for several years. They are very friendly and have not tried to add unnecessary procedures like so many other vets. Very understanding and helpful.

They helped my kitty when she had an abscess in her cheek. My cat hates vets but she's still treated like a princess. They really helped her quickly! It's worth going out of my way since everyone's always so nice to work with here.

Babcock Hills always does a great job to be as quick as they can while being professional - whether it has been from scheduling a last minute appointment to refilling my dog's medication. As well, all staffing, from the receptionist to the vet techs and the vets themselves, have always been in a great attitude and wanting to be of service. Thank you to you all!

Staff and our dogs Doctor is very down to earth and knowledgeable. We have been taking our two dogs with them since they were born. Even though we have moved in the past years we still make the trip to go there .

All the staff are very friendly, they treated my cat with a lot of love and patience and the girl who speaks Spanish was very kind to me by explaining everything correctly.

When my shar pei developed an infection, they swiftly and effectively cleaned the affected area and prescribed the necessary antibiotics to aid in her recovery. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that my pet was receiving the best care possible.

Dr. Rhonda Lane has been my Shih Tzu’s Doctor since I have gotten him. She is such a great doctor and I can always tell she truely puts her heart in what she does. My Shih Tzu has had a lot of problems but she always finds the problem and makes him better. This past few months he became sick something internally he wasn’t eating and vomiting she put him on some medicine and new food and he is eating and doing so much better. She also has preformed all of the surgeries on him (neuter& teeth extractions) and did an excellent job. The staff is also really friendly and eager to help. I also drop my dogs for boarding here When I go out of town and am always at peace knowing they are being taken care of. I have taken all of my Pets here. We lived on that side of town for a while but moved downtown this year (30m away) but we still take them to this vet. I always feel like my pets are in the best hands at this vet. thank you to Dr.lane and other staff for everything you do for our fur babies! also the vet techs are always super awesome.

The staff at BHVH is courteous, helpful and professional. They've taken care of my fur babies for years. Dr. Ramsey is amazing, so caring, smart and compassionate. My Alma loves her and my family and I are so grateful for her amd for BHVH!
