Their Tastee Choice shrimp is the best shrimp I've had in a long time--- by far the best in San Antonio-- for a little over $5.
If you go to the one on Babcock & buy a 6-pack, though, prepare to be carded. I'm 60, & he said it's just policy.

Very clean and well organized store. The 2 ladies working Wednesday May 22nd were fabulous. They were patient with me while I used a digital coupon for the first time. I tried using one with a second phone number but it didn't work and proceeded to my car. As I was turning the car on I saw the employee and she offered to give me her digital coupon and I accepted. The customer service was well beyond what was expected and these 2 ladies definitely give Dollar General a good rapport (with me at least). One of the cleanest, stocked, nice stores!

I am in Dollar General at least 3 times a week. I love walking in to the store and I am greeted by name. I always find what I want and I find items I didn't know I wanted. My Mother and I are always there. Kevin is so kind as to take her bags to her car. Which I appreciate very much. Carol is a great person to meet with. She's also very helpful.

Since shopping at this location, the management has gone far beyond job well done. Everything has its own place on the shelf, store is clean and not cluttery. Personnel is super friendly and extends a caring hand for us handicap folks as well as aiding the elderly. You will always get my business. Job well done!!

I live this specific Dollar General. Not just because its 3min from my place but because how they have everything set up. They have basically alot of essentials from HEB aside from the different brand of dairy and eggs....which i buy only if i absolutely need them and dont have time for HEB. They have everything u need and its just a great overall store. I love it!

The Store is Super Clean, Well Stocked, and the the Employees were Friendly!! Today there were only 2 other shoppers who were very mindful of Social Distancing:):) I will Definitely Happily Shop there Again!!

Very convenient place and while they may not have evey item that a person would be looking for, items in stock are of good quality and competitively priced. If you have the Dollar General App you would be saving even more on specials. Staff is always friendly.

Have never really had a bad experience here. They have a small but good selection of just about everything from food to home goods and much more. Friendly staff and some really good deals!!

This store is so clean and very well organize. The check out line is fast and efficient. If you need something quick,this is the store to go to.

New to San Antonio and went to this one an loved it the store was neat and clean an had what I wanted in stock an had to go out again and couldn't find it went to 3 different ones to find this one luckily found it and it was worth the trip

Dollar General usually has good deals on many items, especially greeting cards, clothes & some food items. They also have really good sales several times a year.

I've been browsing Dollar Generals and Family Dollars on this one I do like it has quite a bit of things that you normally go to HEB or Walmart for. The grocery selection is also well good
