Came in around mid March due to shortness of breath. I was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Some April, I get a bill for $32 and one for $1,600. I set up the payment plan for the bigger bill and login in with the credentials for the $32 payment.

When i login on the site, the $32 becomes over $300. Seems very deceptive when the initial payment was $32.

Came for some lab work 10/12/22. There were 4 woman chillin behind the counter, 2 of which were eating cheetos, and all 4 completely avoided eye contact the second I walked in. Finally after about 30 seconds, one "nurse" was able to lick all the cheeto dust off her fingers to offer assistance. She greeted me with "yes?" SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

They would not see me without a direct recommendation being faxed to them adn then waiting 2-3 business days for them to go over the refferal. I had the clinic that had just seen me the day prior fax them my imaging and notes and the clinic received a confirmation that the fax was sent that day. UT health said they did not receive it and I would have to have the clinic resend it and wait an additional 2-3 business days in order to check if they got it. The person on the phone would not recheck if they received the fax and did not seem to care at all. They told me I can check again in 3 business days (which is 5 days due the weekend). I never wish to deal with these people again.

I was scheduled for a follow up/hearing testing for June after meeting with PA Ramos. 4months to get help/answers about my hearing problem. Ramos refused to sign fmla telling me to power through the hearing issues while I work. This made my symptoms worse and I ended up going to the emergency room where I was given some relief and referal to a new ENT. The ER doctor called PA Ramos cruel. They dont care at UT health and they don't listen. They have it noted in my chart that I wear a hearing aid, I don't. I've pointed this out and they haven't corrected it.

If you have to have blood drawn at their lab be prepared to sit for a while. They say they open at 7am. 1st in line and was not called to have blood drawn until 7:18

I had to file a police report on an endocrinologist there. So let me start by saying I don’t believe he reflects on this facility because every other experience with doctors there has been great. I’m all kinds of sick so I’ve seen different providers there and have NEVER had this experience before. I saw Dr. Samuel H. Fantaye and I felt like he wasn’t listening to me so I got frustrated and rather than argue I decided I’m just going to leave, call back, and get another Dr seeing as how he’s one of the three endocrinologists they hired this year. Well, when I said I was leaving he said “no let me help you” and grabbed my left arm. I was telling him to let me go but he had a firm grip on me so I tried opening the door with my right arm and he closed it! I managed to get out, told the people in front what happened then went into a private room and told a nurse what happened. She said she was going to get her supervisor and came back with him. He then proceeded to lie about the situation so I was getting upset and the nurse took me to another location. I asked why she brought him and she said she didn’t that he was there waiting at the door when she got back. So then we are at the new location and she went off to find her supervisor so I was alone in the hall when he comes back again! I finally yelled “sir leave me alone wtf” and that’s when he finally walked away. I left, I didn’t want to be there any longer. I’ve never felt so small. I got a call from Aileen (idk how to spell her name) and she said he admitted to grabbing me and admitted to closing the door but it was just to help me. She can see how I could have perceived it another way. Basically gaslighting what happened. If you are scheduled with him, I highly recommend you see someone else. This review is specifically on that doctor and not that facility because I have other doctors there that are amazing and have really pushed to get my diagnosis. I get my imaging there and the staff is great. I had my first endocrinologist there and he was amazing but unfortunately he moved facilities there. I’ve had a great nutritionist there that helped me lower my sugar levels. Sadly, I refuse to go to the endocrinology section there because I don’t want to see him so I had to find a new doctor at a new location.

My wife was referred here and has been trying for nearly a month to get scheduled. The office staff here do not care about your situation/well being. The referred doctor is no longer taking patients despite calling to set a referral up. Don't bother reaching out to this place. Your doctor doesn't care about you. Care about yourself

How does one work in the healthcare, yet does nothing to help. The oath you took means nothing when you are rude and reject patients when they come to you for help.

Constant run arounds, miscommunication, no communication and it all just felt like a long money drain for nothing. Do not recommend.
