I had to put a star on here in order to be able to write my review. On my first visit, I never met the doctor. I met the RN working on her PA. I specifically told them on the phone I needed a physical, and had specific concerns. When I got there, they thought I was there for sick visit, even though they told me to be fasting for blood work. During my exam, I felt she never heard a word I said. She gave ridiculous advise, which I knew was not healthy. When I called back MORE than a Week later asking for lab work, it took two days to get through to them. And I was put on hold twice for more than 5 minutes. I asked why they didn't do specific testing that I requested, so they supposedly called the lab and were told they didn't receive enough blood. Then I requested a copy of my labs to be faxed... still waiting. This was the most ridiculous waste of time and a poor excuse for patient care.
