Scooter's Coffee

Great coffee place . Went there the first time . Downloaded the app was easy and convenient. Place my order and by the time went to drive thru the order was ready . They have amazing coffee menu and also at great price . For flavoured coffees they also have sugar free flavours which is amazing . I ordered Cafe latte which was perfect .

Their coffees are great even better than Starbucks you can taste the quality, great staff also the bathrooms are always clean.

The location in Melissa was all sorts of messed up. No location to find the establishment at all, doesn't answer phones. When I came here confused about what location has my order at this point, they were kind enough to make my order. The customer service is amazing and the people are kind.

The Carmelicious blender is my favorite.

We LOVE this place! We have been going there for almost 10 years & it is like our Cheers! The current store manager, Roxanne, is FABULOUS & the regional manager, Haleigh, is PHENOMENAL! Pretty consistent, even with the weird drinks we order!

I decided to come here for the first time just after 8:30 AM on October 26th. The staff was super patient and friendly. The two people who helped me were attentive and helpful and were happy to answer any questions, even when I asked things like, "is the caramelizer sweet?" The answer is yes, as you would suspect. It is delicious. I like my coffee sweet. I don't want to be overwhelmed by the taste of bitter espresso (AKA Starbucks' coffee, but hey, I can't dislike a Seattle-based business.) I will be sure to return in the future. This place is a lot closer to my house than Dutch Bros, and from what I've had from both places, Scooter's is better in terms of flavor. They also have a wide variety of yummy looking snacks... I'll have to try them when I come next. Special mention to the lady who answered my questions and even suggested various options that I might enjoy when I was still deciding what to order. I regret not learning your name. I appreciate you and your hard work. If you are not already in a lead position, you should definitely apply for one. You deserve a raise and recognition for your above and beyond service. I know what it's like to consistently provide amazing service, and I am grateful for you and the way you maintain excellent standards for yourself as well as your team. I know it's not always easy, especially when you have to serve grumpy people who haven't gotten their morning coffee. Great job! Thanks for an amazing experience. I hope you guys have a great day!

Finally a coffee shop that doesn't gouge you for a good cup of plain coffee.

Our server, Amelia, was helpful kind and so lovely.

Coffee was great, but on a Friday morning it took 20 minutes for two cappuccinos. They just need more staff, but right now you can't penalize a company for not having enough workers. Lots of places to work, if they're open .

I decided to go to Scooter's for the first time this afternoon after having driven past it numerous times in the past. I went inside and the place was clean and comfortable. The large tables and booths look perfect for spreading out and working on larger projects or chilling with friends. Much better than what most coffee shops have. Staff immediately greeted me and were incredibly friendly and kind. I let them know it was my first time here and I was interested in trying the Caramelicious. Without any prompting, the cashier gave me the drink for free and said he's like to see me again!

The coffee was delicious and the cute little sticker on the top was adorable. If I don't feel like driving to PJ's and want a more comfortable place to sit and work, Scooter's is where you will find me. I'm absolutely coming back!

I always receive excellent service here. It’s my favourite coffee shop! Everyone is always very friendly, kind and professional. Today Mark helped me and he was wonderful. Upsaled me a breakfast sandwich, a model associate. THANK YOU!

Franchisee/Owner, please think about saving the eyesight of your associates by getting an awning over the drive-through window. It faces east and this morning’s sun was vicious. At the very least issue them sun visors as part of their uniform. Thank you.

My family and I decided to go out of the normal Starbucks on our Sunday morning. We decided to try Scooters since it was much closer to our home than our regular Starbucks. We went through the drive thru and noticed there wasn't much business that morning. A little nervous trying something new to jump start our day we ordered 2 Mango smoothies, 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 Honey Vanilla ice Lattes. The customer service was very fast and very nice. Service with a smile! The smoothies were creamy and delicious my kids sucked them down before we even made it home! The cinnamon rolls were so amazing and larger than I expected. The Honey Vanilla Lattes were AMAZING! Very delicious! We will come back definitely for our coffees and morning drinks! I was a little surprised the prices were a little steep for the food but we enjoyed it.

My favorite place to get coffee with an extra shot and a good breakfast sandwich or burrito. Typically very quick, and reasonably priced. The barista's and other employees are always so kind.

I love Scooters! It's my go-to place for homework if I'm sick of the library. The staff is always really nice and chill. The food and drinks are awesome as well. The environment is great and I'm thankful to have this place during my time in college.

My favorite coffee place! Coming from a state where Scooters is prevalent, I was so happy to see one when I moved to McKinney. Their smoothies are my favorite. I wish the staff were a little friendlier, though-- sometimes, they won't even say anything other than the amount you owe. I also wish they were open a bit later. Wonderful coffee and smoothies, though!

Always a great time at Scooters, whether it’s dine-in or drive-thru. The coffee is great, the rotation of flavored coffee is always nice and their smoothies are really good. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They are clearly managed well and are happy where they work.

Absolutely phenomenal! The iced black coffee is amazing. Nice and smooth, no bitter, burnt aftertaste. They are in the middle of a remodeling project and are adding more seating but it's still easy to order and easy to move around.
