Dunkin'

I live close to this Dunkin so I would frequent it often until the quality and service plummeted. Today my family decided to give it another chance and wow. The new workers were polite, the food and coffee were absolutely perfect. Whoever is working here now, keep them!

Good service, clean store, clean restrooms, drive through service, wheelchair accessible, and fresh. Came here on a Sunday morning and it was a pleasant visit. Relaxed environment, grabbed a quick bite and coffee. They do mobile orders and pickups, so very convenient.

This one guy named Russell has really really good service. If you have a wrong order he will gladly correct it and even apologize for how they messed it up. And if you ask him to smile he will show his big nice smile.

Veggie cream cheese is so good. Lots of vegetables. Macchiato was strong and delish. Donuts not bad either.

The Valentine's doughnuts were a hit with the kids. They even came with some valentine cards with cute doughnut sayings.

One of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to!! The baristas make great coffee, donuts are always fresh, and service is always great. A very kind gentleman is usually at the window and he is always so upbeat and awesome! Thank you for being such a great place to grab a quick, delicious latte and some donuts!

Always enjoy my visits to DD. This was my first stop at this location. Amy was incredibly friendly and polite. She even apologized for the wait (which was miniscule at best). Even for as late as it was in the day the iced coffee tasted fresh and the Munchkins were not dried out or stale.

Coolest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Ethan and Mo were the funniest cashiers and made my experience one to remember! Be sure to ask for them on your next visit, they’re awesome!

Cashier was really friendly and helpful: she checked on the pumpkin doughnut holes and was very sweet when I ordered chocolate ones in addition. Coffee was yummy!

Their frozen chocolate is the best. Always have good customer service when I come through. Older gentleman that sometimes works the drive thru is the SWEETEST. I feel welcome every time I come!

I had never had Dunkin’ coffee till this location opened and I tried it cause I had a coupon, it’s my new favorite !! The workers are always friendly, my order is always ready super fast and it’s in a great location. Inside was clean the few times I’ve been inside but I mostly use drive thru!

This Dunkin is so well organized. You can definitely tell the supervisors care about the customers experience and that positive attention trickles down to the staff. Very friendly and great food!!!

I just moved here from the northeast and hands down this Dunkin’ gets my ice hazelnut on point everytime. By far the best one I’ve had in Texas. And I’ve had Dunkin from Massachusetts so I know what good dunkin Ice coffee should taste like.

The ladies who work at this location are SO nice! I stop by usually 1-2 times a week, usually with a mobile order, and they are very sweet and welcoming. I really enjoy coming to this location.

America loves Dunkin', And apparently so does McKinney. Nice coffee's my favorite toasted coconut donuts, and they have a nitro cold brew That is as tasty as can be! If you haven't been to this Dunkin's you absolutely need to go.

Good service & quality you expect from this chain. Had our first pay it forward drivethru experience. We kept it going. Great staff and friendly too.
