Just want to reiterate that this place is awesome. I recently (today) bought a disposable vape that was lacking the silicone tip. The staff was able to address my concern and assured me of product quality in a professional, friendly and intelligent manner. Definitely gonna keep shopping here.

KLOWDZ is a first tier business, and one of the best shops I've been to in a few years. Both employees, Peyton and Andrew, were on point with every question I asked, as well as, extremely knowledgeable about said questions I brought up to them. In Particularly, Peyton, was a huge help and very committed to making sure I left with everything I needed and a information about the things I need to get, and I'll be buying those items from here because of my experience and amazing customer service from the previously mentioned employee! All I can say is, after dealing with numerious stores with similar products, I got use to the horrible experience. This store if proof and an active example of what happens when you do things properly and shows that hard work pays off. First tier shop, and First tier employees. 10/10

In today's world it seems customer service is a after thought, KLOWDZ is definitely NOT one of these, great customer service. The guys are very knowledgeable and seems like they are friends with everyone that comes n2 the shop and greet most everyone by name. I don't know if the culture starts with the owner or if he is lucky with the great staff he has hired, (probably a little of both). With all the vape shops that have sprung up KLOWDZ is so much better I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could give more than five stars I would to Klowdz! The employees are very friendly and helpful and remember their customers which makes for a very enjoyable experience! Andrew even remembers my coil type and juice! These guys are the best!!

THE STAFF!!! I am not a routine smoker or someone who can identify with knowing the nomenclature of smoking materials. When I tell you that this place has the BEST staff, I mean it. They will happily take their time to talk you through any and all questions you may have about the items in their store. For me, the full customer experience is felt by this place, the staff as well as the high quality products will keep me coming back. Thanks guys!

First time visit today. Decided to go back to vaporizer over cigarettes. The store is stocked with a broad range of products in juice and vaporizers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew, specifically, was a great help as I gave him an idea of what I wanted, preferences,with my budgeted amount, and we narrowed it down. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and customer service oriented. On top of all that, this store has a solid reward system for your purchases over time. I definitely will keep coming back.

I recently started vaping, and anyone that has looked online at products, and information will know that it can be very overwhelming. I wanted to purchase a higher end Mod, and also start to get my feet wet with building coils and using an RDA for drip vaping. The selection at this store is better than any I have visited in this area. It’s important that a shop have a wide variety of quality products, and employees that know a lot about them to help novice customers like myself. They carry a product to fit every budget, and style alike. This would make the shop good, but what makes it great is the staff. I was shown several different options for each question I asked, and never felt pressured to buy. After making my purchase I came back the next day to get a few more items. I was remembered from the previous day, and an excellent employee spent the better part of an hour answering my questions, and then helped set up my new RDA so that I could see what to do. I’m blown away by the customer service, and how you are made to feel comfortable here in a very short amount of time. The simple ending point of all of this, is to not go anywhere else but this shop for your Vaping needs. Hands down my “home shop” from now on.

One stop shop. Been coming here for years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! It’s a 40 min round trip drive for me but always worth it. Fantastic staff, great selection, and fair prices. Highly recommend coming here.

I've been going to this place since they opened several months back. Every time I've gone in the employees working behind the counter have been super friendly and super helpful. They're very informative and knowledgeable as well. Good juices at great prices especially if you pick up a lot at once. I recently dropped my vape and damaged it. You know because gravity. I went in yesterday right as they were about to close. The two guys working were eager to help. One of them got his tool kit out and worked his magic on it. He was not only able to fix my vape, but saved me from having to buy a new tank. Great place with great people. Check it out for sure!

If I could give this location 10 starts I would. All the employees are friendly and so helpful. I have a dog that needed pain medications and they were able to give me information on what would work to help get him out of pain and it WORKS!!! I can't thank them enough.

I went to a store down the road from Klowdz today, and they were out of what I was looking for. Their owner, Kevin, said that he had always had a good relationship with Klowdz, and that they would have anything that I needed. I came by, like he said, and they were super friendly. They DEFINITELY had everything that I needed. He said the owner of Klowdz had always treated him AWESOME before he had opened his own store. Always visit Klowdz for anything that you need for your vape!

Been shopping here for about 3 years and found them back when I started vaping, they were always happy to recommend new product lines, new hardware to check out/invest in, and it's one of the few stores I've been to where the boss treats his employees like his own kids - everyone working there seems genuinely pleased to see you and help answer any of your questions and will remember your name/order if you usually go with the same one every time like I do - they'll say "Hey, Chase. The usual?" and I'm in and out in 2 minutes.

It's also nice that you can request curbside delivery if you're in a hurry or not looking very presentable that day.

I could go to any vape store and get similar products (although Klowdz absolutely has the best selection of any store for miles) but I come back for the sense of community. The store owner, Mo, is also a great dude who tries to remember all of his regular's names/jobs/purchases and is just an all-around nice guy that cares passionately about his local community and their health. The place is clean and Klowdz' clientele is always very polite too.

This shop is the best in the area. 1. They have a customer rewards program through Clover. 2. Great selection and customer service. 3. I dropped my insurance card in their store when I pulled out my debit card last time, and they returned it to me promptly. Check them out!
