The agent who helped me here was really rude and told us our policy was canceled even though my insurance card said it’s good till the 9th of this month. So I called another location because she ended up hanging up on me and insisting that I was wrong and told me she was out of the office Monday and Tues. I dont need to know her schedule or drama at that office was just trying to pay my car insurance she insisted was canceled. So another agent told me it was canceled due to incorrect information the agent put in! I was just in shock I couldn’t believe they canceled my insurance due to an error on their agent. I trust them with my money and vehicle. And this is what they do to me. Thank god another agent fixed it for me and reinstated the policy! Bottom line go to another location where they treat you fair and with respect for serving this country…. The lady at this location has to much on her plate and takes it out on her customers!
