Went at 3am after work and the guy at the register had amazing customer service, kind soul and super friendly.

I like coming to this store very good people

All the employees are very helpful and nice and courteous

The cashier was nice, but the ice was made with unfiltered water so it had a distinctive taste (probably fine for most people, but I have a strong sense of taste/smell).

Conveniently located on the corner of Babcock and Callaghan this has been a great spot to go to. Can get a little busy and parking can be an issue at times because this location is smaller than the usual 7elevens you see. Even though it's small you can still get your usual drinks, alcohol,snacks,lotto & cigarettes. As for customer service the young girl whose always there is friendly and helpful. She is always putting her efforts and very patient when lines are long she's great at getting customers in & out the store. There is also another person there a guy who should in my opinion be helping her but it seems he never does. He's too busy trying to be rude and saying smart a** remarks. I rarely see him helping her out. Other than that Getting out of parking can be a hassle due to oncoming traffic from both sides.

This is the closest store to my apartment so we go on the way to school and work we stopped to get lunch stuff for the kids and they never honor there specials or deals the sign said one thing and the cashier always says it's expired or hasn't started yet seriously every time we go what are the odds.

Store Assistant Manager Chris was Amazingly Friendly really makes one feel as if they are a welconed guest on his shift, he always smiles and looks happy to us. Goes above and beyond and shows genuine compassion and enthusiasm. Being a local resident for months now that kind of warmth makes me come here rather than going to the adjacent interception to circle k....
Unfortunately the Unprofessional, Dismissive and Antagonistic behavior I witnessed on the evening on April 13th 2020 From Associate Named (ASHLEY, Red hair, fullfigured woman).
Has made that decision much harder to make.

Whlie Ashley forcefully continued to escalate what was a simple transaction, with a regular and PAYING customer.
By provocing anargument and insinuating a black woman calling he ratchet and rude.
When guaranteed upon investigation of this incident that resulted in vandalism to the store, could have been avoided,
was completely escalated due to Ashleys lack of traning and professionaism with this
Customer Whom verbally stated that she just wanted to pay for her items and go home.
After being at the counter 10+mins waiting to be rung up
Ashley decided to refuse her service,
For simple turning around and asking the opinion of the other customers in line behind her if they felt that she was being rude?..

Ashley became defensive and verbally offensive and refused to complete an already unnecessarily prolonged transaction, for from a whitness standpoint was uncalled for ....

when it first opened, it was a great store but has rapidly turned into a dump. It must be a new owner now because staff know very little english, shelves are empty , coffee is horrible with very little selection, prices are high and customer service has dropped like a rock.
