I’ve had a number of storage units at different facilities over the years. I have to say that this is by far the best out of all of them. The facility is very clean and well maintained; everything works as it should, restrooms are always clean and well stocked with necessities, trash and and dumpster are never overflowing and easy to find, the units are clean, well marked and the hallways have bright eco lights and are covered by security cameras that are well enough overhead and evenly distributed enough to provide reasonable security. The coolest part is that the facility is 24/7 access and I’ve never had an issue being locked out by a finicky gate or door. The best part has been my interaction with staff at the facility. Although minimal, as I’ve never had any problems there really, I have never received such exceptional service at a storage facility or anywhere else, really. The manager, Sylvia, is friendly, understanding and honestly I don’t have words for the gratitude I have for the kindness she’s shown me during a particularly difficult time in my life. I’ve worked customer service most of my adult life and it’s increasingly rare to come across someone with real empathy that engages with you to find a real solution to your problem. When I say she’s good people, man she’s good good people.
Can’t give any less than 5 stars. Pricing is the best you’ll find, too. You’d be a dummy to rent anywhere else.

I highly recommend the Evans Road location! Free box truck rental that comes with the renting of a unit, 24 hour access with high excellent facility security in a climate controlled environment.

Morningstar Storage is wonderful to work with. I have had a space with them for a while now. My son was leaving for the Military and we suddenly realized we needed more space, on a Sunday, as we filled up the original unit. First thing Monday morning, Dave found us a space and was ready for me within minutes. I now have two spaces, by happenstance, next to each other and I could not be happier. This place is always clean, lighted, easy to access 24/7 and the staff is very nice to work with.

Great customer service. Able to accommodate our needs on short notice. Convenient location. Clean facility. Definitely reduced the stress of moving the contents of our entire 4-bedroom house on short notice, and gave us peace of mind.

I have been with Morningstar for over 5 years now and I have never been disappointed with the service here. Audrey, manager, and the office crew always provide great customer service. The maintenance manager, Mr. Paul, always has a friendly smile and keeps the place nice, clean and well organized. Audrey made the experience of temporary storage very smooth. Everything offered met our needs. We appreciate her professionalism and also the first month's free rent, as well as the free truck rental for moving our contents. Facility is neat, clean, AC is wonderful, elevator and restrooms conveniently located just within entry to our storage building location. Convenient long bed carts are provided for helping to move things from outside unloading to elevator to assigned unit. We love it, and especially love that it is located close to where we live.

I moved here from a CubeSmart location this weekend. The price for a unit is very competitive and the 4 hour block to utilize their moving truck was a big help in saving on moving costs. Their moving carts are heavy duty and make transporting items a lot easier. The facility appears clean and maintained. Thank you to Audrey and Megan for making this a simple process!

Walking into Morningstar today I did not expect this outcome. Megan Taylor greeted us with a smile and helped my boyfriend get into a small unit. She was very understanding and was able to give him the rest of the month rent free because we had to suddenly move due to a death in the family. She was very compassionate and made us feel right at home. She offered us bottled water, coffee, and even cookies! She showed us around and the storage is so clean and modern. NOTHING THAT I EXPECTED! Her coustomer service was over the top and though she went through all of the different payment options I think I'll be stopping by each month to drop off his rent just so that I can visit with her. If anybody needs storage I'm going to tell them that Megan from Morningstar on Evans is the place to go.

Audrey the manager very professional, friendly, polite and she take care of me like nobody else do before. She knows everything about storages ,you can tell she have alot of experience . I have few months renting a unit there and when I go and she is busy, she always knowledge you. Very clean,safe place to storage your stuff. I totally highly recommend them.

This is the best storage place I have ever step foot in. Megan was absolutely amazing, she helped me find a perfect size unit for my things. She showed me what a 10x15 unit looked like with great attitude. She explained everything very clearly. The Christmas decoration make look so cheerful. They even have coloring books for the kids while you fill out your paper work. A+ Customer service, Great job Megan.

Omg. I love this place, we went in today to get a storage unit and we did not think it would be this easy to get a unit at the last minute, but Megan the branch supervisor was AMAZING. She was helpful, caring, funny and did did whatever she could to be accommodating to us. We are gonna stay in this place for as long as we can, we love it ❤. Oh, and they have free water and coffee. Hahaha....

Great facility for personal storage! I needed a place to store my "life" while my house was being built. Morningstar Storage was perfect for me. Signing up was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful every time I needed assistance. This facility allowed an 18 wheeler access to drop off everything into my unit. I was able to access everything after hours with my code. My possessions were in a climate controlled building so I didn't have to worry about anything freezing or melting. I did some shopping around and Morningstar cost a little more then the rest, but it was worth it for me.

Audrey is an Awesome! Representative for the company. She provided detailed information on the storage options available and was willing to assist my son and I with everything to meet our needs. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
