Even though this is this isn’t suppose to be an extravagant event, I felt so at ease and calm being treated by Louise & Brittany. This was a first for my daughter (5yr) and I, but she was super calm. Louise made me feel better as well giving me facts about lice and the process of it all. Brittany talked to my daughter as she was going through the process too. My daughter wasn’t scared at all and that made this mama feel so much better about the whole thing. At the end, they gave her a lollipop. She loved that! We also screened the rest of my children and my husband, which again just helped us all feel at ease about this by talking us through it. Thank you again!! I feel better going on our daily lives with the family! I Highly recommend this clinic! Get it done quick and be on with your day!

Amazing experience! Brittani and Louise treated my family so well and helped answer all of our questions. Hopefully will never come back again but if we do catch it again there is no other place I would go! Thank you so much for the peace of mind for my family!

I am so glad I decided to come here instead of dealing with it myself. Donna was amazing and both my children needed treatment so it was a huge stress off my shoulders. They were able to get my whole family in for assessment and treat both my children sane day! So thankful for this service!

Donna and Louise were absolutely amazing with our boys. We had a scare however they checked us all and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. Hands down highly recommend leaving treatment to the professionals like this clinic.

Amazing! Our girls have thick long curly hair (nightmare when you have lice). We can't tell you what a wonderful experience and relief it was to go here. It's been several months now and the lice were all gone from one treatment. Worth every penny! Although we hope to never need them again, if we do we'll definitely come back

Donna was AMAZING! As weird as it sounds, I enjoyed the appointment my daughter had. She was thorough with explaining the steps she was taking throughout the appointment. She was easy to speak to and answered questions when asked. I hope I don’t have to see her again within these circumstances, but if I need this type of appointment I will be asking for her!

Absolutely amazing experience. Donna was extremely helpful and kind. She treated my kids like they were her own! She was efficient and meticulous and answered all my questions! If you’re on the edge of coming or not it’s absolutely worth it.

After using an in home kit, I felt itchy and found this clinic. They were great about getting me in and then Donna checked my daughter to make sure we got everything out. Such nice and caring people who work here. If needed, hopefully not, we will be back!

Louise at the McKinney Location was AMAZING, she was very kind and comforting. My hair is very thick and she made sure to go over and not miss a spot. Pricing is good overall, definitely worth it. For the first time getting treatment Louise explained everything nicely and made sure we were okay before starting. 1000/10 recommend!!
