LA Fitness

LA fitness was clean, well-stacked with machines, and had incredible staff. Rafael hooked me up and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this gym to all friends and family!

I enjoy this location. It's not over crowded, staff are friendly. The gym, pool area and bathrooms are really clean, clean enough that there is no hair in the shower stalls.

Staff is super friendly and the gym isn't too overcrowded! The lighting in the gym is also super nice, not only is it flattering it gives off a pretty happy mood. I hope they do add some bumper plates and more squat racks!

Been goin here for a long time, all the machines are in good working order, no complaints. Although sometimes people get belligerent on the heavy bags (in the mirror room) and knock it down; and it would take days to weeks for the bags to be put up again. This is less with the staff and more to do with people; treat the equipment right please, or else we only have 2 bags up and it's a pain for anyone wanting to do fight training.

LA Fitness is a solid gym franchise. This location has weights, swimming pool, hot tube, sauna, basketball court, racket ball courts and now they just added the boxing tanning center. It’s always clean. The hot tube ebbs and flows in cleanliness depending on the day. I’m pretty sure if you go in on Wednesday that is the day it gets cleaned.

The staff are very helpful and the equipment is usually in great condition. Breakdowns happen, but the staff ensure that the broken equipment is attended to immediately and marked as "Scheduled for Service" if a technician cannot be on site right away. I have been a member of LA Fitness for about a year, and I was able to recently get my fiance to join. We went in with a different plan in mind, but the guy we talked with was able to help us find a more affordable plan that even allowed my fiance multi-club access!

I normally go mid-morning, so the gym usually isn't too busy; but even in the evenings, the weight area isn't too crowded. Sometimes it can be a fight to find a bench or a weight rack, but that's pretty usual in any gym after a normal workday!

Having been in a few different gyms the over the past few years, I like the equipment here and the layout of the Gym. I normally visit in the morning; not too busy and good layout keeps people from tripping over each other. Equipment is getting older but still in good shape. It does get busier on weekends and evening but I've found I can still get most of my workout in even when its busy.

This is a great gym.a ton of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. The equipment is well maintained and the facility is clean. If you work out in the morning, there is rarely a wait. Other times are pretty crowded. The personal training staff I have interacted with are excellent. Lots of parking.

Love this gym! Has most everything I need. The staff is friendly. And it's kept pretty clean.

La fitness is always great.

I live about a 1/4 mile from the gym, love it. Much better than driving down to the Landing like we use to do. This makes Fairwood a complete community with just about everything you need right here. Staff is great if you actually talk to them and get to know em. Don't expect this to be a 5 star service gym when you're only paying $20-30/month. Gym is new, nice and the cardio equipment is great. Small LCD TV on every piece of equipment. I like the idea of having no excuse to NOT workout since the gym is literally minutes from my house, door to door.

Great facility great equipments but sometimes it too crowded to workout. They should extend the hours, that would give people more time to play with their time and also ease the crowd ness.when it comes to customer service not everyone deserves to be praised. Kate has that special skill that satisfies every customers need , a great welcome and good bye with a true smile every time.
Bri is another awesome person  from the same facility, works in sales so you want to see her if you are getting new membership ,she's not going to pressure you to buy anything, she's explains everything and will answer all the questions you may have. It's a great place to work out with a lots of energy. I been going there for 10 months now.

I gave it 5 stars because I love the gym, get the plans when they are lowest like $30 per month if you can catch the good deals.

the first time I got on a monthly plan we stopped going and there was some miscommunication so we racked up quite a bill but they cleared it for us because we had proof we 'cancelled' and we clearly hadnt been there.

the second time we stopped going they automatically just removed us from the plan which made me kind of sad but at least that way we werent paying for something we werent going to.

they wanted to set us up with a personal trainer because the staff are commission based but you can just say no, its the only place with a swimming pool and hot tub all year round in the fairwood & renton area.

be warned it is a place ware people show off and look down on you if your not skinny enough, which is just the type of paradox that fat people live in, but oh well.

Enjoy this location more than most I've been to. It's got all the equipment needed and it's spacious. Some staff members greet me, some dont. I'm there to get my workout in, not to talk so I really don't mind either way. It's a legit spot.

Maryelisa D is an amazing Zumba instructor! My first time going and will definitely continue. She made it so fun with her energy and personality.

Love this place, some say the people at the front desk and some customers are rude then don't talk to them. People all over the place are rude, its a fact of life. All of the fitness teachers are awesome and outstanding leaders. Always pushing for better results, plus it's a mile from home. Great Place!!!!

Pretty chill place to workout. Once you figure what times are the busiest and you can plan accordingly. Would recommend to a friend.
