Big Lots

This is a nice Big Lots. It was my first visit to this location and I was really happy when I walked in and the store was organized and the atmosphere was peaceful and happy. To me that goes a long way these days in a good shopping experience. I found everything I needed plus a few good surprise brands. Checking out was a little slow but it is the holiday season and the cashier was very bright, positive and apologized for the short wait time. If you were to pick from the Big Lots in the area this would be my first choice.

This place is awesome. And the prices a phenomenal! Walked out with 6 bags and only spend about $75!

I love Big Lots, it may seem ridiculous but I always find the most random little treasures in their stores. This location did not disappoint, also it is so CLEAN.

This store is clean and all of the enployees are extremely friendly and helpful. Brijit is so kind and helped me get a discount, she went out of her way for me on TWO different visits - which tells me she is doing this all the time. She is such a kind and sweet person and an exemplary Big Lots employee and I hope they know how great she is! Will certainly be coming back to this location as my new Big Lots, I only have good things to say about it.

Even before march 2019 this location has always had an issue with keeping inventory in stock. It's like this is an under performing store. The longer this pandemic goes on the thinner their merchandise selection gets. More than half their shelves are empty with no sign of being refilled soon. I like to shop my cleaning products and house wares here because their about 20% cheaper than Fred Meyer's. In a pandemic you sort of get what you get. But other big/med big box chains don't seem to have an issue keeping inventory stocked. Due to this issue I may go back to shopping at the Big Lots on Sunset Blvd on top of the hill. They don't seem to have an issue keeping their inventory stocked. Plus it's easier to get in and out of. 2020

Big Lots in cascade-fairwood area as one of the most amazing retail stores I've ever been to the staff is friendly caring and very informative on their products and are willing to go out of their way for you just to make sure that you're taken care of if you need something you can call and ask and they will help you there's also wheelchair access and public restrooms with cheap prices on products all around wonderful place to shop. I want to give a shout-out to Bridgette she did everything she possibly could to help me and went out of her to make sure I was satisfied she's amazing thank you

Shells were almost empty no customer Service representatives to be able to ask questions they were too busy in their own conversations up at the cash registers I only saw 2 employees On the day that I went to that particular store

Good deals all the time

A wide variety of merchandise neatly displayed and attractively presented. We found several things to purchase. Check out was easy and quick. Staff were attentive and professional.

The cashiers and employees are eager to help. Welcoming environment. Aneta was a great cashier who helped me find things I needed to help spruce up my house! Amazing job at this store.

It's like a big convenience store that has about any household item you need right away. Usually not busy in the morning to early afternoon.

Great customer service, clean, employee wear mask and are so nice and helpful. I've been to others and this location is by far the only one worth visiting in the area.
