Rite Aid

Went to this pharmacy and although it was busy and backed up the staff are extremely professional and hard working. Just read some reviews and especially the one below I just don’t understand how customer can give 1 star to the staff as it’s not their fault for being understaff. Are you people not aware of our economy and the fact that there’s layoffs and the entire corporate retail space are short bodies. I was actually there in line when that protest was happening. People are nasty and not understanding. Those people were going in the pharmacy banging on the gate not allowing the employee and staff to close using profanity and threatening them. To my understanding it’s a safety hazard for the staff to close later than the expected time as I hear many pharmacies getting robbed especially at night. Those who come 10 min before closing at any retail space are looked down upon. Maybe next time come way before the time or just send your prescription else where.

The pharmacy staff has been really helpful to my family and I throughout the pandemic. Everything from getting tested multiple times, getting vaccinated, and even prescription pickups. The pharmacists and the staff always answered all our questions and concerned every time providing a great customer experience. I would recommend this Rite Aid location to anyone seeking good Pharmacy Experience.

After visiting another pharmacy where no customers were waiting I was told that I would need to make an appointment for my Covid19 Booster shot, I went to Rite Aid, filled out a paper with my information, waited about 5 minutes and received my booster. I am IMPRESSED! I just transferred all of my prescriptions to Rite Aid in Fairwood, Renton, WA! Fantastic service!

I am just writing to review the drive in pharmacy. I have been happy with their service all pandemic to keep customers safe by offering this service. Today I had an excellent experience with a very patient and helpful employee, Emarie, who went above and beyond to help fix a situation for me.

I live near this rite aid. It is under new management and I can tell. My son has eczema and I have had a long exhausting journey so far. One day my sons state insurance would not authorize his medication because they said he hadnt been threw enough medicines to authorize the one he needed. He had failed 3 eczema medication prior. My son was itching without any source of relief. I couldn't help my son and as a mom that is the worse feeling ever! The pharmacist who helped me was able to get it authorized not once but twice. She helped me tremendously. I am so grateful!!

Great job by pharmacist Mr. Patel. He took his time to explain and make us feel comfortable with the booster shot. We went for a COVID-19 booster but now we will be switching to this pharmacy for all the prescriptions. Thanks!

I went to get vaccine from this pharmacy. The whole process was very speedy and efficient. Pharmacy manager Naitik Patel helped me with all the questions. I highly recommend this Rite Aid location.

I go here a lot. It has everything you need, it's clean, and there's a pharmacy as well. Workers help you when needed and it's well-run.
