Allstate Insurance: John Pavle

I love the personalized service I get from the John Pavle agency in McKinney. Every time I call with a question, I get a real person who lives locally. Plus, they're great people. Not only are they completely knowledgeable, we talk like we've known each other our entire lives. When one of my kids got into a car accident, the woman who picked up the phone empathized with me and told me about her kids' driving mishaps. Plus, she gave me all the info I needed. As we've added kids and cars to our policy, they always go through all the options to get the lowest rate possible. I'm a customer for life.

Kristi is absolutely best!! Always on top of everything. Always has my best interest at heart and always explains policy information in a way that makes sense. I'll stay with Allstate just because of Kristi...she makes things that much better and less complicated.
