Factoria Village

There are many stores, restaurants and other shops. Mainly focusing on QFC, Bartells, Applebee's, MOD Pizza, Starbucks, Xfinity and T-Mobile. With many others in-between. Haven't ran into any bad employees at any of the places there all have been very friendly.

QFC, PETCO both conveniently located together, great parking, and easy freeway access.

I like it. Got a mailbox and QFC is a fine store.

Appreciate the parking offered here. We were able to psrk and carpool from Starbucks for a morning hike knowing our car was secure. Once back, i could pop unto the grocery store and take care of other errands.

Factorial Village is right off I-90 and has a few dozen businesses in it. Parking is easy since the lot is quite large, and getting in and out is alright since they have traffic lights to help. It's usually busy here since there are quite a few businesses here that are very popular.

The best QFC in all Washington State . . The main cashier guy is so nice. . Best chicken tenders at 11am. .

This place is great if you don’t feel like going to Bellevue square. They have a lot of great shopping and places to grab food.

Great store just a little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot. Friendly staff.

Idc how many car prowls there are a day. Idc if thr Starbucks closes at 4pm on a Friday because the employees got bored. Idc if they give me less fries at applebees then they did the last time. This place is my bread and butter and YOU SHALL PUT SOME RESPEK ON ITS NAME

I love Factoria Village. So many shops, a movie house, restaurants and down the street from the Factoria Mall. Everything I need without having to go to downtown Seattle or to Bellevue Square.

I enjoyed shopping here more than I did Safeway believe it or not it seemed a lot cleaner a lot more organized and the employees were laughing and enjoying themselves and we're respectful of their customers and willing to help in any way I give them a thumbs up and a five star

Factoria is known for a large population of salespeople living in the area. Everyone loves a smooth talker. Some will rise to the top and buy a huge home in Coal Creek. Some will struggle to find their sales style and move to a one bedroom apartment in SeaTac. The difference is confidence, and understanding the customer's need. Parking can be slightly tricky. This is a busy block.

It’s never really crowded, I never had issues finding a parking spot. It’ll probably depend on the stores, but Target, Walmart etc have friendly and courteous staff.

Sam was wondering doing my son's hair and did exactly the hair style my son wanted. Sam was patient caring, and knowledgeable in her role.

there are a lot of nice places to sit down and chill with friends here. the qfc is also the only place I've been able to get girlscout cookies besides buying them online, which was really cool!!

Variety of different cuisines small local restaurants and other services. Plenty of parking

This place reminds me of the cool strip malls of the past. You got, what, five or six place to eat, all of which are excellent in their own classes.
Ever had tatchos? They are awesome!
Applebee's all you can eat ribs and shrimp...yum! Bartell's has the biggest candy selection! QFC is awesome. Starbucks? Got three of them in the area. Thai food, Mexican food, pet food, all are there.
The only thing missing is an arcade with Asteroids, Missile Command, Pac Man, and a change machine to get those needed quarters.
Parking is good and pedestrians USuaLly watch for cars.
