Great place local restaurant to gather without going too far. Service is excellent, and the food was great. Everything is always very clean.

Great breakfast spot! We visited on a Sunday morning. It was pretty busy. Employees were very friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately although there was a good wait right after we arrived. We tried the Migas. It was great!! The flavor was spot on and hashbrowns were fantastic! The Chicken apple sausage meal was great! The cinnamon French toast was good. We enjoyed our meals and will be back.

Everyone here at the Cafe are so friendly and very attentive, especially the manager Lupita who always goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need to have an awesome breakfast experience not to mention the GREAT FOOD that is served every time I visit.
It's gotten to the point that just about all the waitresses and waiters know EXACTLY what I want. Don't really need a menu any longer. Thoroughly LOVE THIS PLACE...

Fantastic food and service, we got our food quick and it was great.

My wife and I used to go one in Allen but because we got some business nearby so we stop by to have breakfast here. The restaurant was clean and nice. We ordered our favorite plates that we used to ordered at the restaurant in Allen. The foods taste so delicious same as one in Allen. The food server were nice and friendly. She makes sure we never run out of coffee. We will definitely return for breakfast. Yes, we would recommend this place!

My husband said it was the best omelet he had ever had. I had the chicken fried steak, and it was very tasty. We waited for a table about 10 minutes and the food came out quickly, hot, fresh, and better than our expectations. We will be coming back to this gem of a place!

So glad this spot opened close to home. I have tried something different every time I go, and am thoroughly pleased! Shelley is my favorite waitress, and highly recommended. She remembers everything, and she is just AMAZING!

We were already a fan of the Sunview in Anna, so it was no surprise that the Melissa location was just as awesome.

I love the fact that the Melissa location stays open later and has lunch and dinner options!

Went for dinner, after attending a court marriage ceremony. It wasn't as bustling and bubbling as on weekends, especially Sundays. Anyway, atmosphere was good as we had our dinner, which was superbly prepared by the kitchen staff. So far, so good.

The Sunview Cafe is a welcomed cafe in Melissa. We ate there for the first time this Saturday morning. The service was great. The food was delicious. I had the Dad’s meal and my son had eggs Benedict. They offer a good variety of breakfast foods along with a full lunch menu. We will go back soon for lunch. I highly recommend Sunview Cafe.

This is our favorite breakfast place, ever! My husband and I eat here almost every day! The is consistently delicious and the staff is diligent about making the customer happy! The staff is like family to us!

Love this place! Such great food and great service! We have been her for both breakfast and lunch. I really like the Big Apple Scramble and the chicken bacon ranch panini. They are delicious!

On our way to Galveston, needed breakfast. This place was amazing! Service was next level and the food was great!

This little restaurant was a pleasant surprise for my wife and I getting breakfast on the go. Despite being at near capacity on a Saturday morning, we were greeted and seated quickly, food times were reasonable and every item we ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious. It was so good we ordered to go for our sons and they loved it as well.

This is not near my house, but well worth the drive to get a solid meal at a fair price.

I recently dined at Sunview Breakfast Cafe and the food was amazing! The portions were large and satisfying. However, the service could be better. Although the food came out quickly, I had to ask for sugar, coffee, and napkins separately. Despite this, the flavorful dishes made up for it. I recommend trying Sunview Breakfast Cafe for their delicious food, but be aware of the service.
