Chase Bank

12/29/2022 great customer service. Friendly employees. Clean. Smiling faces always ready to help and talk and joke with. Fast service in and out in no time. I have banked with Chase for years mostly in Florida and now New Braunfels 1695 TX- 46 location. Great bank! I recommend!

Super quick setup for new acct and atm deposits were new experience for me. It was very easy. Happy so far with thus bank.

I’ve been with Chase since the ‘60s. I wouldn’t bank any where else. I just wish there was a branch in Canyon Lake or Bulverde.

All of the people here are great but Pam is exceptional. Always a pleasure coming here.

They wouldn't answer the phone no matter how many times i called. Drive up there and they let the phone ring at both locations.. this why i have Randolph brooks and i hope chase gets another big lawsuit. I just need to confirm if my address would be changed on my bank statement i was giving you all a 1 star but Mike saved you with good customer service and helped me

We love Sylvia and Page but in regards to our business banking experience we have had three bad experiences and the resolutions have never come. It is complicated to change banks when you have credit card machines but we are getting close. Three issues have occurred that are close to bringing us to that point. (1)last summer someone in Washington state charged an airline ticket in my card. I have never been Washington but because I have purchased airline tickets from that airline they denied the claim. (2) different branch in universal city... substantial cash deposit was misplayed by -1800.00. It was resolved but only because we returned to the bank and spoke to manager. (3) we recently engaged the service of a company that repainted themselves as google. They were not. They also did nothing they said they were going to do and would not even return ownership of our google business page. We disputed the change and we are now being told that is also denied and they will be giving the money back to scam company. Again I love seeing Sylvia and Page and the website is great but this is the third corporate level service issue in 2019.

I would avoid here. Though this might not be the exact location, it just shows what kind of bank they're running. They literally let a man posing as a customer using a fake ID and not even the right social security number walk out with around $30,000 from a customer's account. Then they have the audacity to pretty much say tough luck to the rightful customer and refuse to reimburse them for money they gave away to a scammer.

By far the most unhelpful Chase branch I've ever been to! Just moved and first time in my new branch, but I'd drive to another town to not have to deal with this branch in the future. You would think they would want to help with fraudulent charges, but they couldn't be bothered. Instead I'm told you must wait on the phone for hours even though there is a branch full of real people who could help, too much work it seems. Don't waste your time in this branch, they won't be any help only headache.

I gave a contractor a check for 3000.00 and he went to the bank to cash it. They refused to cash it due to the amount. I had to go meet him at the bank. I was required to endorse my on check along with the contractor to get it cashed. It can also be a hassle trying to get into our safety deposit and follow up is poor. No Saturday hours.

We do a lot of business with this bank. We have checking, savings, home mortgage and credit cards. I went there today to get a document notarized. They refused to notarize it supposedly because of the type of document. Not happy with them. It didn't seem like they really knew what they were doing. Seems like they would try harder to satisfy their customers.
