DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

My daughter visited this store with me and she found a shoe but couldn't find the size. We went to the counter, and they immediately helped us look for the right size. They even called the other stores to see if they could hold it for us. But when I tell them to deliver it to my house. They did it, and now my kid has a new shoe. We ordered it on Saturday. And it arrived today. She is very happy to see it. It is expensive but very comfortable and easy to wear. Amazing customer service. 👌

I went to DSW and a worker there I had to make sure to get his name. Mark did such an amazing job. He was very lively, funny and lovely. I saw how he helped other customers and I saw that he treated them as kindly as he treated my family and I. I enjoyed every moment that I had an encounter with Mark. He seemed so happy to be doing his job.

Went to the location in Plano on 15th Street to visit a friend who was an assistant manager there. I was told she no longer was employed there, so I stuck around and bought 2 pairs of Florsheim dress shoes at 60% off! What a deal! They have real good deals right now. The girl that helped me was very courteous and did a terrific job! A+ service.👍

We worked with Amelia at the 15th Street location and let me tell you, this girl fixed our entire life. We received THREE incorrect orders at home, she fixed everything to the last CENT and had us on our way within 10 minutes. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Normally, I don't respond to reviews, but I had no choice but to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from Zoe. She was very attentive to my needs, and I truly appreciate the extra effort she put forth. Her can-do attitude ought to be contagious. I'm truly grateful to have met this person.

Lots of good prices on shoes. I have extra wide feet and usually can't find shoes in many places. They actually had some to fit me! Great!

Went to make about exchange from an incorrect item delivery. Associate was quick and helpful, exchange was done in no time. Lines for checkout weren't too long and seemed to move quickly. Store was stocked well and there was plenty of room to try on shoes.

They had exactly what I was looking for in my size(12)!!

Went to buy running shoes for me and my wife. They have quite a few brands and there is a section with clearance item with further reductions.

I was looking specifically for a pair of boots that were completely sold out everywhere online, and I couldn’t find them at any local store.
I went to the DSW in Frisco and they didn’t have it, but I asked them to check the database for any other stores that might. They said Plano might have one pair in my size!
So I called this Plano store, and I asked them.
It was Michelle that helped me over the phone, and she checked the inventory, kept me on the phone while she looked through the store, and checked clearance to find that ONE last pair I was looking for! Yay!
She put them on hold for me, and I was able to go there the next morning and purchase them.
I’m mainly leaving this review because Michelle was so friendly and helpful. I was afraid it’d be treated like an inconvenience to look for those boots, but she was happy to help.
THAT is great customer service.

The store was very clean, clear and organized. Actually I was surprised! It was easy to find what I was looking for. I was greeted when I walked in the door, but I wasn't followed around. The staff was very nice, considerate and helpful

DSW is the place to shop for shoes, if you are looking for the right shoes for you. I was looking for a certain kind of running shoes, and the store's employee stayed with me until I found them. The employees are nice, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The prices are avarage and above. The store is clean, masks are required and I felt safe shopping there. Definitely 5 stars experience.

This is a great store! Giovanni was very helpful to me and my blind grandmother, however the blond haired lady working with him was very rude, stretching her hands out and shouting to stay away as my grandmother approached as if my grandmother could help it, also being very curt and snappy when I asked if there were a different size of a shoe my grandma wanted in the back. Giovanni on the other hand was very patient and relaxed and understanding, helping me and my Nana through the process of finding her old account and politely waiting while she searched her wallet to pay. There was another man working on the floor whose name I didnt catch today but he was very kind and helpful as well! So great experience overall. I understand the woman working may have been nervous about my grandmother approaching given we are in a pandemic but since my grandmother is blind and was not even that close, her reaction was very rude and offensive.

Competitive prices, tentative staff. One associate asked me if I was shopping for someone else. I thought that was funny, but I realized I was a dude trying on tennis shoes in the woman's section 😅. I actually saw a men's pair, size 13 placed in the wrong spot. The associate was alert..lol I was just eyeballing size and style and they weren't pink

I got a great deal on a couple of pairs of sandals yesterday. The store was very clean, practicing social distancing and the staff was masked. I felt very comfortable shopping and will definitely return soon!
