thank you so very much to the extremely conscientious postal employee who somehow figured out how to get an important letter to me even though the name of my street was missing.

1 year later....
thank you, ONCE again, for somehow delivering a letter to me that had been addressed with the wrong street!

I love the USPS. Their success rate is fabulous. My carriers and local station personnel are always friendly and helpful. They're also the largest employer of veterans. ~ Bummed out by rate hikes? Look no further that the politics of destroying the government SERVICES to privatize everything!

I spoke with a very kind gentleman who was able to locate a missing letter. It had been torn in half but I only received half of it. The rest is ?????

In a time when people are speaking so much negativity, I have a 5 star shout out to Rene, the fish village carrier in Galveston. She's a rock star and we wish she was on our new route! After over a year she still remembers us and our old address but more importantly she is always curteous and helpful with that brilliant smile. Thanks Rene for not letting the negativity of the time change your efforts to be great at what you do!

MARY IS AMAZING, just saying. But y’all, it’s a post office. It’s going to be busy, and they are understaffed. We all have better things to do than wait in line. These postal workers are doing the best that they can and can’t control how busy they are.

Very nice staff that are always doing their best despite current conditions. Have been a customer for years, if I had a issue or concern they were always willing to listen or assist. Thank you for always giving the best customer service!

Went today 30 May 2018 and the customer service was exceptional. Jamie was my clerk but the other was very helpful as well.

These ladies are awesome, dealing with all kinds of people on the regular. They always get things done correctly.

They’re often busy but they do a great job, are friendly and try hard to be helpful.

I'm from the island and these are the nicest people, I don't know why this is receiving poor reviews. There just people that don't belong on the island.
