The UPS Store

I am a frequent customer at the UPS Store (#4094) on Suite 100, 4100 Eldorado Parkway, McKinney, Texas. The store manager Jordan is always very pleasant, kind, helpful, and appreciative and is a joy to work with. I mainly go for printouts, scanning, xerox copies, notary services, and always and always I come back out fully satisfied and happy and contented. Jordan and her fellow coworkers always greet me with a smile when I come and always bid me a sweet good bye. I feel totally at home here and whatever my needs, they satisfy it. Thank you, Jordan and all the coworkers, at this super UPS Store. Kudos to owner Jeff for having such a positive atmosphere in the store.

The staffs are very polite and efficient, will not give you hard time like you need a box or Amazon bag even t don’t require any box for UPS drop off. I had a experience from the other UPS store that they don’t accept my return with an original plastic bag. I don’t mind to drive further to this location even I am heading to the other opposite direction. Their service is very fast and smooth. Go in and out quick! Good job guys! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Spotlight on Nevin, UPS Store customer service representative extraordinaire. That guy always goes above and beyond! Pleasant, accommodating and helpful, always. Put it this way: My Christmas cookie list is pretty exclusive, and he's on it.

I live 1 minute away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One young man was jumping over the counter from the back trying to get the door when I had a lot of parcels on hand.

I regularly go to the UPS store in Waxahachie Texas. I have always had good experiences there. I have met the owner and he is an exceptionally nice man. The ladies that work behind the counter are efficient and helpful. My husband passed away five months ago and as a result I had a lot of paperwork that I had to deal with either scanning and emailing, copying, and faxing. They went out of their way to help me get everything straightened out. My sister is the manager of a UPS store in another state. Because of this, I know precisely how difficult their job can be. I highly recommend the store.

Always in and out when I come here. Usually to return Amazon items. But overall they are quick and friendly. No issues at all.

The kids that work here are always helpful. The prices are what I expect and although there is usually a line, I'm usually in and out quickly. I've also had notary services done here.

Came to the UPS store to get things notarized and Nevin helped me. He was so nice and professional, helped me with shipping and even answered a few questions. He definitely gets 5stars in my book!! Thanks Nevin!!

I drop packages at the UPS Store fairly often. They are always friendly and helpful. Recently, I needed to send a package to South Korea. There were some issues with customs and Kerry at the Eldorado store was so helpful. She went above and beyond contacting the Korean customs to find out what they needed to deliver the package. She contacted me almost daily with an update until the package was received by my daughter. I definitely recommend using this UPS location.

Brandon Chong provided excellent customer service. He greeted me when I came and was very polite and helped me ship out my package in a timely manner.

This is a great UPS store. Even when they busy with customers, always greet and willing to go the extra mile. I rarely have tape with me and without question, tape it and make you feel your package is in good hands. Great service.

I came in to get a large number of copies made and found that they were having their October copy special for 5 cents a copy. I was so excited, because it was the cheapest price I had found in the area. I was able to use them 3 times last month for my copy needs. The employees are VERY kind, informative, and go the extra mile. I am so happy with the service I received from the employees, who were young and energetic, and so willing to help. I'll definitely go here for all my future copy needs.

I returned my AT&T/U-Verse stuff. Kallee was working and she was very friendly. Made sure I had all my equipment and made sure I kept my receipt until everything gets recorded. She made a good impression and I want to come back now for other business stuff. She's great!

After closing my Spectrum account, II was returning their internet modem via UPS and the process was very easy. The UPS sales person scanned codes on the modem, issued me a receipt and I was done. No more than five minutes all up. Very efficient. Thank you UIPS!
