Fantastic next day service. Included a note to remove a fruit my friend did not like and received a call so we could discuss how to make the arrangement work without it. Understandably cost me a few extra dollars to add in different fruit but was able to have the arrangement I liked. Also, mentioned why I was ordering and the person I was speaking with advised there was coffee included which would not have worked. I hadn’t realized. She was able to take that out. Had I not received the phone call and the hands on attention, my dear friend and her family would not have been able to enjoy this arrangement. I can’t be there personally so I am really thankful that I could send this. Thank you for you help Liz!

I place orders from this location for my daughter who lives in Dallas while I live 1,500 miles away. They are always able to handle all of my crazy detail delivery instructions or pick up information with out ever any issues.
I really appreciate their helpfulness and willingness to go out of their way to make the ordering easy and of course they always deliver an excellent professional Edible Arrangement!!

My experience with Edible Arrangements has always been awesome. Every store I use is great with the custmers & do great Arrangements. Been using them for a while now. I love to send to family,friends & even coworkers. I will keep using them for sure. Everyone I have ordered for has been happy with the looks & taste of the fruit as well. WOW! I never take the time to write reviews. However, my experience with Edible Arrangements today may justify two 5 Star reviews! Tori, a new hire truly gave 5 star treatment. Had she not told me that she was new at the end of our call I would’ve thought she owned the place. She kept me on the phone and engaged helping me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend even so much is describing exactly what it look like as I was looked like and sending pictures after the product was done. Thankfully she also hand wrote the note even though computers normally do it. Thank you guys so much for the positive experience.

The only bad thing is that this arrangement was for my girlfriend delivered to her work so I know I won’t even get to try the chocolate covered strawberries! ;)

I've ordered gift baskets quite frequently on line and the recipients absolutely loved it each time!! They said the delivery was great, the fruit was amazing, and the quality and quantity was out of this world!! I couldn't be happier with Edible Arrangements!!!!

I have ordered for Hoilidays and for special family occation and have been very happy .
All my orders were made for my family in citys other than the city I live in.and several states away.
All my orders were made through the local franchise and never had an issue with the timelyness and accuracy of the orders placed over the phone and online.
There was one issue that I created and was dealt with very professionally.My order was sent to the address that I had provided. The address was wrong . The person I spoke with at the franchise was very helpful and intentive to my issue. We had several phone and email communication that made me very happy with the concern they had for the delivery of my gift to my daughters home. I was not let down, the gift was delivered after several attempts. The gift was fresh and was enjoyed by My Grandchildren.

This is one of my favorite gifts to send people because its healthy and fun. It always arrives promptly, and its very fresh and last several days (if it doesn't get eaten right up!). You can always check the progress of your order online. The displays are beautiful and eye-catching.

I have received and sent many edible arrangements over the years and never had one problem. They send exactly what I order, and the fruit is always fresh and delicious. Excitedly looking forward to my next order! 😁

Ordered fruit bouquets for each of my staff and had them delivered to 7 different addresses. It was so easy to order amd track. My team loved their orders.

Great service. If you want to make an order, they can have your arrangement done on the same day. The longest it usually takes for a basket to be made (with it not being busy) is about a hour and a half. However, if it's a day like Valentine's day, I should suggest calling at least a day in advance.

Edibles @ Snider have been my "go-to" store for the past 5+ years. Their ability (and willingness) to coordinate specific instructions when delivering gifts to my patients as well as fellow providers is one of the key drivers that have earned them my repeat business.

There was a mix up with the address near the time of Christmas. Jade stepped up to make sure it got there accordingly. It wasn't an easy fix, but the parts that needed to be done, she oversaw and made sure that my mother received her very first-ever arrangement. 10 out of 10 as she exemplified excellence in service by going above and beyond.

Special for Valentines Day included really sweet chocolate covered strawberries, candy coated bananas and apples, nicely packaged. All were perfectly prepared and delicious. I will definitely order this item again

Ordered a delicious celebration dipped fruit for a customer and they were delighted. Arrangement was delivered on time and the delivery person even went all the way inside the mall to deliver it..AMAZING!
