The UPS Store

Had an Amazon return and I was in and out in no more than 30 seconds. I also didn’t have any tape and it was no problem where other stores it would be. Jean was awesome and I wish I caught the man’s name as well but they were moving so quickly! Excellent customer service.

I recently moves to Tx and had updates my Auto insurance provider today. I wanted to print the insurance documents. An employee at this location helped me print the documents for free.
This location is close to my place so, will use it for any future mailing process.
Addendum: I am using this location for printing. Good quality printing service at very reasonable rate.

Quite possibly the best customer service of any store in Dallas. Staff is ALWAYS pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. I actually don't mind running errands when it involves going to this particular location. Jean is especially awesome. Thanks guys for making package shipping fun.

Update: Went again on a sunday. Owner is super friendly and helpful and professional. More places should be like her.

This location is close to home but if it wasn’t, I’d go out of my way to come here. Everyone is so friendly and efficient, and they are willing to help if you are in a bind or if you don’t really know what you’re doing. It feels almost family-run with how happy and helpful everyone is!

I usually do my Amazon returns here (which they make so quick and painless), but they have also helped me out if I need to print a label or even if I need to drop off a USPS package- This sweet lady who is always there (I assume the GM?) says: “it’s better than you losing your mind at the post office!”

I love ups they are always my first choice 💓

This UPS location ranks up there as having one of the friendliest staff of any retail business, not just a UPS Store. I have a more positive feeling about the company now and I liked them just fine previously.

Great and fast customer service like no other

This location is very professional and helpful! I have had multiple services here, it ranges from simple copies emailed over to the store, to notary service and mailing packages. The staff are friendly and Ms. Jean is always a pleasant sight to see. I will continue to do business with this location. On my way there this morning :)

Top notch customer service from the entire staff to include attentiveness and swift action...Every time I have to go to another UPS store I get merely a fraction of the service. This UPS store makes living in the neighborhood all the better. I've been a regular customer for 7 years.

The store manager and staff treats me and our vendors like we are part of their business team. They go above and beyond on all our requests for support --- 15 years we have been partnered with Jean and her staff. Highly recommend this store as an option to facilitate your office and admin support needs.
