Skylar greeted me as soon as I walked in. She listened to my problem, and professionally and quickly resolved the issue. She then helped me pick out several really good protective devices to protect my phone. The best visit to an AT&T store ever!

I went into the store to pick up a new tablet and the tablet pencil. We got everything set-up. When I went home I was having problems with the pencil not working. I went back to the store and Jen said that we needed to do an update so they took care of that the pencil still didn't work. So, the Manager Baile stated that they were going to order me another one. Baile texted me when the new pencil came in. I went back to the store and got everything up and running. I just want to thank all the girls for helping me and all the great customer service.

The manager of the AT&T store in Greenville, Texas across from Staples was great to deal with. She was very pleasant and very efficient and what we needed and we were in and out of there less than 30 minutes it was great.

Chelsea (store mgr) assisted me in changing my plan to one that fit our family dynamics and usage. She is extremely knowledgeable in understanding the customer’s needs and making sure we had the proper protection coverage! Skyler (trainee) joined our transaction to learn, which showed me great potential as a sales associate! Chelsea saved us money while getting us better coverage and discounts! Great experience and fast service!! I highly recommend!!!

Shout out to Chelsea and Katie! Walked in having issues with my Apple watch ultra walked out smiling like it was 1999! I love when techs take their time to resolve issues the customer may be having with their devices! You girls ROCK! Thanks again for all your help!

When I went to that store I didn't have,long time to wait that person was Mr Dylan from Greenville after that I kept going to that store I was upset that at&t. Moved moved him to another store but he left he left his coworkers his work impressed in a positive attitude towards them I'm still going to Greenville store

I never look forward to doing anything with a new phone; however, Dylon at the store was phenomenal and made the process painless and took all the time needed to help me and my wife out. She had so many questions and he calmly explained everything so well. Thank you Dylon!

My wife and I were ready for an upgrade with AT&T, and we decided to go into the store to look at our options. One of the employees, Dylon had us in and out of there asap, gave a positive experience and even helped us by turning on the TV to a kids channel to help keep our kids preoccupied while we set up our new phones. We had an awesome experience and 100% recommend this location.

Dylan was absolutely phenomenal and helped us save a ton of money. He was very professional and so kind! We will definitely use this store again!

I've gone into this location of AT&T in Greenville multiple times with questions and problems, and Dylon has helped me completely resolve all my issues. He is friendly and helpful without seeming like he is more intelligent than I am or without making me feel stupid, and I appreciate that. Today, Skylar also helped me and was very friendly, too. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and specifically Dylon as a good employee.

P.S. there must be a great manager at this location, too, because other employees have also helped me.

We went to the Gteenville AT&T store to return to AT&T. We were greeted by friendly staff as we entered. They answered our many questions They helped navigate through all the transfer issues and made it easy for us. I highly recommend the staff at the Greenville office. I was in the Greenville Texas store and Katie was so helpful and knowledgeable about the new phone that my son got. She even went through our bill to see if she could save us money and she also updated our plan! Go see Katie I think she can help you with everything you need!

I walked into the store and a Dylon Evans immediately assisted me and let me know things about my device I hadn't a clue about. He helped me clear out storage and I had 6 years worth of old pointless texts. He even helped me download songs on spotify because I was confused how to listen to my music when I don't have service somewhere.

I was in the Greenville, Texas shop, and Dylon was extremely helpful and informed about my grandmother's new phone. He even talked us through our bill to see if there was anything he could do to make it easier! Visit Dylon.
