This is Beverly Richardson (Ms. Bev) and This is the best place in the world to get my Mocha Frappuccino on Wesley Street in Greenville Texas, and in Glenn Heights Texas . I love the whole staff in Greenville Texas it has a clean restroom everybody is so nice I never walked in a restaurant and everybody was so nice they spoke they introduce you to different flavors they love me and I love them thank you all for your support

Greenville Starbucks is the BEST! They made my drink perfectly and I felt extremely happy paying the typical Starbucks prices because the baristas at this location go above and beyond to make awesome drinks!

I actually went inside this time instead of the drive- thru and they have so many amazing cups and tumblers and mugs. Y'all should go check them out. I had a problem with my drink and Lauren was just wonderful getting it fixed.

We got sugar free cafe frappe and some egg bites. The sugar free frappes were SUPER yummy, and possibly the best part of the order. I got the bacon and gruyere egg bites and the egg is creamy and perfect! My spouse got the kale and mushroom bites and said that it was too homogeneous. There wasn't anything to balance the texture, like the chunks of bacon that I had. The staff was super friendly, and even though it was busy and had too few workers at the moment, everything came out fairly quick and made the way we wanted it

Clean relaxing atmosphere. Staff is super friendly, greeting us as we came in and left. They have tables and plugs to come in and use laptops or meet with friends. Only thing I could say that could be negative is the music was slightly loud and it was really cold (but with 90 degree weather out that’s more of a positive).

Miguel was the kindest soul today. It’s my birthday and I’ve had the worst day. I didn’t understand the birthday rewards and he was so nice to help me through it. Thank you for the kind gesture. It meant more than you know.

Miguel was so friendly/ personable, I appreciated so much. Good service, too.

Greenville just keeps getting better! For a while it seemed that there was so much staff turnover it was difficult to get drinks done correctly. But for some months now they have been spot-on and often the only Starbucks who gets my drinks right! (And i go to several different bux in the surrounding areas) Many of the staff members really seem to care and make an effort to remember and I really appreciate that. Thank you for brightening my days, OAliexCatO! :D

Just left and had a guy pay for our cars order. Didnt really have a way to pay it forward unfortunately. But, if you somehow see this, I'd like to say thank you. You made our day better and I hope life works out for you.

Starbucks is always a great place for hot/cold coffees, capacinos and conversations. Staff is always friendly and on point. Definitely no sitting around and not serving the customers!

Despite being seriously short staffed, the entire crew was very upbeat and pleasant, super super sweet!It’s nice to know Starbucks service is always on point no matter what part of the world you’re in. PS I read reviews complaining they’re slow. Anyone with eyes can clearly see there are not enough employees for the amount of traffic they get. They’re not slow, they’re working as fast as they possibly can to fulfill everyone’s order and special orders.

Always a great place to get your morning or daily caffeine. It's clean, convenient and most of all the staff is very friendly. On this day there was a long line, as usual and a barista was outside taking orders, it was a great experience and I was able to have a short conversation with a wonderful person because my order was a little bigger this day. Keep up the great work Starbucks employees!!!👏

So friendly and nice even at 7 in the morning. Food is super fresh. I love bacon egg bites and protein boxes.

Have a amazing crew hope that you keep them because they are so nice and most of the time very quick to get your order done.

This store was insanely busy when I stopped in. Both the counter and the drive thru. Yet everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to see everyone maintaining such high spirits in the midst of such craziness.

My favorite is Hot Caramel Macchiato with Extra, Extra Caramel! I also love a hot tea they have Sometimes… Hot Caramel-Apple Cider… Yum!

Relatively quiet for how busy they are. Employees were very nice, we were greeted when we came in. All items in our order were made correctly and delivered in a timely manner.

I do everything I can to avoid chains, in Greenville you don't really have that luxury. However this Starbucks is a gem and the staff and management do customer service better than just about any coffee shop I've ever been to, and equal the best. Even being busier than I see just about any other business in town they're still able to give the customer service that I expect and rarely happen to see. Thank you all for being so incredibly awesome!
