Sonic Drive-In

I stopped in this morning. The carhop was super friendly! I didn’t catch his name, but he’s a tall, slim black man. Probably the best service I’ve ever had at a Sonic.

I love our little sonic in Greenville. It's clean and the staff is very kind.

Servers are quick, and courteous.

Very good customer service. I purchased the wrong drink, then stayed & reordered. They didn't charge me because they knew I had made a mistake. Lol I was so embarrassed. 😊

The car hop Kristen at this location needs to be recognized for her customer service skills. She could've brought me a half done egg and I would've enjoyed it with gratitude. Unbelievable personality, great spirit and deserves management pay today.

We arrived at a very busy time with 2-3 cars in the drive thru line waiting to order and a significant portion of the stalls full. We placed a large order consisting of 5 adult meals, 2 kids meals, and two additional items. They were able to enter the order into the system correctly in a timely manner with minimal repeats on our part. We fully expected the size of our order and previous experiences with this location to result in a significant wait for our food, and were very pleasantly surprised when our order arrived very quickly. Additionally, the order was 100% correct, with even the special instructions on a couple of the sandwiches being followed. The staff throughout the order and delivery process were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be going back as they did a wonderful job. The only thing we would change would be the sound level of the ordering speaker in relation to the outdoor entertainment speaker, as at times it was difficult to hear the question/readback over the ambient music.

Their service was fast and also great customer service. My daughters ordered some Oreo cheese cake shake, they were not satisfied with the taste. On the other hand their cheese sticks were delicious.

My wife's cheese tots we're so fresh, by the time she was full and finished with them, they burnt MY mouth! Haha! My burger was fresh and made neat as well. The staff was polite but there was an uneasy feeling about them...like maybe their boss was yelling at them idk...it's good to see new items on the menu and know when I'm craving good food it's still prepared fresh! Keep it up!

I ordered the chicken tenders. They were so hard I couldn't eat them so I took them to up to the door and ask who I needed to talk to abt them. The mgr. offered me new ones or whatever I wanted.

Sonic drive in has the most energetic and nice people. The girl that waited on me and my daughter made us feel appreciated as customers. I loved my visit!

OK , my 5 star is solely rated on my order , I went for a coke and one large order of onion rings , they don't always get a 5 star but you have to admit when they are done right they are hard to beat .

If you order on the app it's 1/2 off drinks all the time and you can tip the car hops.

My elderly Mom and I had to drive out of town and back in the pelting rain so we were both kinda cranky when we parked at Sonic today.Our carhop, Calvin, was very happy when he delivered our food to the car. What a pleasant young man! We both felt better just talking to him. I swear he left some "happiness" behind with our food. The food, while always yummy, was soooo delicious today. Must have been the "happiness" that Calvin shared with us!

Yummy good quality food for a great price. Best breakfast burrito out of ANY fast food chain: hands down. This came as a surprise to me, but it's true. You wont be disappointed!! 👏🌯🖤

I love Sonic drinks period. In my opinion you cant find a better tasting fountain drink. I ordered my usual 3 drinks thru the drive thru window. 1 car in front of me but several in the booths. Waited for what seemed like forever but actualy 15 or so mins. Get up to window & to my surprise they apologized immensely not only was it 99cent corn dog day but they were short handed. Not only did they give me my drinks free but also gave me a coin for a free drink nxt time. This sonic location ROCKS!

I'm giving this of 5 cause they have some of the nicest employees. I know they have had employee shortages and long waits and people complain about the wait but hell im glad they got people hustling up there. Some of the harder workers out here. Make sure to tip well! 👌

Well that day I didn't order anything my daughter got a Coke soda she said was very good but I have eaten at Sonic and I really like everything I get it is so delicious and when they come out on a roller skates they always smile it very nice thumbs up
