Jack in the Box

Customer service is what truly makes a business run. Having positive people that shine light. I went to Jack-in-the-Box on August 19 at 9:20 pm I wish I would’ve caught the girls name that was running the drive-through. She was so wonderful and had a giant smile on her face. Her whole mood screamed positivity. working in the food industry is already hard to begin with and working at a drive-through line especially at night is not for the week of heart.

Service was quick and staff is friendly.. did was fresh

Recently, I took my mom to the doctor and we stopped at Jack in The Box. W found a couple of new items on the menu that were absolutely wonderful. We bought one box of tiny tacos and one box of loaded cheesy curly fries. It was under $10, it was absolutely delicious, and it fed both of us. At the end of the day we were stuffed and felt great about finding our new food to eat.

They were very friendly, they took the time to keep checking on you as you were there eating to make sure that you didn't need anything else

The morning crew is on point. They are courteous, efficient and fast. I just laugh at all those people who have to sit in the drive thru at Whataburger across the street. The breakfast here is just as good and you have more options.

Tried the new angry tacos. The young lady made sure we knew there were 2 diff ones and they were awesome!!

I Went inside around 1040, people were nice took my order quickly. Got my food in about 5 min. The breakfast biscuits were great. Happy with food and aervice

They were down on inventory and getting a truck the next day. The manager still managed to get me a killer sandwich. I went the next day and sure enough, the whole menu was ready to rock. There is a solid night crew, they rock it out. Friendly, courteous, and just plain awesome.

2 months ago the service was rated a three. For my service this morning.... was perfect. Bacon, eggs, hash brown and pancakes called the big platter plus an egg roll. Meat and egg roll well done. Perfect! Exceptional customer service and fast. The cashier greeted me with a smile. It was a pleasant experience. The ice cream maker was down. Don't trip it was down at Whataburger, too. I haven't allowed myself fast-food this year because the food is often subpar. I decided why not and stopped in for a burger. To my surprise, I got a good crew who were proud of what they do and provided a superior product. Tasted good and tasted fresh. Although not my normal experience, this one was really really good.

Was wonderful!! Had great customer service!! The man working the drive thru at around 1030 on 7.15.21 had AMAZING customer service!! Have not had jack in the box in like 7 years and it was really good!! (Was living in a state that did not have jack in the box.) There still really cheap too!!

This is the only Jack in the box I will go to. Despite being understaffed and busy they continue to get the orders out super fast and FRESH. I went here tonight to get some of the new eggrolls and some fries and was not at all disappointed. Thank you for working so hard. Especially the night crew!!

Hot food, clean inside and friendly staff

Fast, prompt, and accurate service. Ordered 3 meals and all came out exactly as ordered. Total time in drive thru....10 minutes and was behind others.
