I asked where something was and expected the typical half hearted "it's over there somewhere" response.

However, Wendi took me directly to the item I wanted. She dropped what she was doing and showed me exactly where it was.

As customer service slowly fades into a memory while America pulls the plug on its life support and it breaths its last breath, it is refreshing in a nostalgic sort of way to see a person show interest in the needs of a customer.

An error occured with my online order and sadly the Greenville store never recieved it. I arrived to pick it up a day later and they had no records of my order. I was very frustrated after driving 40 minutes to pick up my order and on a tight schedule I had little options left. The lady in the printing area was wonderful even when I wasn't. She was able to get my order done in 30 minutes! Thank you! I'm sorry I didn't catch your name! Thank you for saving the day!

If you need your TSA Pre Check done, then I say this is the place to go. I went just Yesterday. The young lady there was so Kind, Professional and even had a cool sense of humor. She saw me right away, got me through the process thoroughly, yet swiftly. Got my email Today accepting my approval and providing me with my KTN. I highly recommend going to the young lady in this Staples location!

I had to be in the Greenville store twice yesterday to print documents from emails that were sent to me. It was a little problematic & somewhat time-consuming. I felt bad about it but your employee, Sara, was very patient & knowledgeable. She was helping me & a couple other customers at the same time and never acted impatient or flustered. I don’t know how much she makes, but she deserves more.

I am very impressed with the employees here. I've been searching for a computer for a couple of weeks and have visited many stores. This is the first store that employees actually explained things thoroughly. I'm not tech savvy so I needed some help. The employee Hunter took his time to listen to what I needed and explain my options. I cannot tell you how happy I was to be treated so nicely and professionally. Thank you Hunter and all the staff there. Taking a few moments to help someone really makes a difference.

I came in with a ton of boxes that I needed to tape the printing label on. I did a few myself but the manager and his team took over and didn’t complain . Very Helpful and wanted to make it easier for me as a loyal customer. I think it’s a beautiful thing that even though we are wearing masks , you still see the kindness and smile through people’s actions ! Good job and thank you again!!

I always enjoy shopping at this particular Staples location. It is a calm and soothing environment. I have never been to this Staples where at least one, if not a couple of employees ask me if I am finding everything okay or if I need help. They aren't overbearing about it but, I do like that because I don't have to go 'looking' for them if I have a question like some stores you don't see anyone until you get to the register. The management and staff are always professional, courteous, helpful and have gotten me the best deal on large purchases on several occasions. They have also made a major repair to our company hard drive in a matter of hours instead of days. Otherwise, it would have been catastrophic for our company. Thank you to the staff in Greenville and keep up the great work!

The staff at Staples is what makes this store. Everytime I go in they are so nice and very helpful. They always listen to your office needs and help you solve it be it about office supplies to blueprints and beyond. They do an excellent job in customer service. Hands down it's the only place I go for office supplies. I go in there at least 3 times a week and never have I had a bad experience.

Excellent counter help, great for printing copies of things from discs or flash drives. Fair pricing! I didn't like Staples for computer repairs (couldn't repair mine, but charged a lot for the time), but they have a decent selection of printers and things, and are very good for printing and copying.

I was able to buy some index cards 4x6 and some other items on the go wipes that I can use at the gym. Travel pack small to have with me. Some travel purse size sanitizer. For a reason price in my mind. Thanks Staples.

There wasn't a waiting line outside. There were a cpl people in front of me. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Been going here for printing, school supplies computer parts for years. The service is Great! They are very reasonably priced as well. Good work by Staples for hiring good people..

When you can't find all your school supplies at walmart. You should have just come here first.

Drove all the way from Dallas to pick up a desk. The staff was so helpful, every time I called they knew who I was. And they brought the desk right out to me.

Taegan, the service rep in the UPS drop off section assisted me and was more than helpful. Everyone at this location that I've dealt with always goes above and beyond.
