Whataburger

We had the pleasure of visiting Whataburger with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We had a family member who wanted some chicken strips and fries, and this is where we stopped. There were about 10 people working to ensure the orders were not taking a long time to be completed. Our order was ready in approximately nine minutes.

I don't go here often but when I do I've never had a problem. The food was great and steaming hot.
A new cashier had a little trouble ringing me up with a promotion through the app, manager came over and fixed it in a moment. I think this is where some people get all pissy start complaining and saying they need zero stars because they had to wait an extra minute or two in line. Get over yourself people.

Whoever worked outside drive-thru @ 7pm 01/11/24 needs a raise. She was so nice and truly went above and beyond compared to my other trips to whataburger. Great job girly and keep doing what you’re doing!

This is the best Whataburger out of all locations I have ever visited. The orders are always fresh and correct. Staff and management are always friendly and professional. I stopped by today and noticed this location employees special needs kids to work and interact with guest. The manager doesn’t hide them in the back away from general public. I also noticed the manager today on 1-4-19 was very patient with two of the kids working, and was letting both interact with guest. For this I will return to this location and if you have time you should stop by also. This is heart warming and I’m proud of the way this Whataburger works with special needs kids, after all they are kids and young adults just like you and I! What to go Whataburger Greenville TX!

The avocado bacon burger was delicious!!
There was quite a line at the drive thru but it moved quickly.
I experienced no problems whatsoever, just delicious food :)

I was really impressed with the way it looked inside and out. People are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Food was outstanding, hot, fresh, tasted great. Even saw some of the staff interacting with customers like they were family. Nice to see a company that really cares.

Stopped for breakfast on our way up to Oklahoma, ordered on the app. Went inside to pick it up, service was fast, food was hot and fast

So, my experience here wasn't pleasant in many ways. I ordered nearly $40 worth of food and almost all of it was wrong.. the pattymelt had no sauteed onions or creamy pepper sauce, I ordered 3 justaburgers with meat & cheese only & they came with the mustard & pickles on them. The only thing that was right was the drinks & the grilled cheese.. I called the store and spoke with Andrew who said he would replace my meal. I explained it was too late for me to go back but could I get the replacement at a later date. He said absolutely, to write his name on the recipet & bring it back even if he wasn't on duty the meal would be replaced. I went back a week later (I'm a full time working mom who works over an hour away) & I encountered the night manager Maria. Maria expressed she would not replace my order, that it was from a week ago.. I explained that Andrew the other manager I spoke with didn't mention a time frame for the replacement. (Granted I could understand had it been a month later, but it was barely a week after). She was extremely rude and said that regardless she would not be replacing my order & to come back when Andrew was there. At that point I asked her for her supervisors info because she was unreasonable & refused to honor what the other manager had said. The following day I called back to speak to Andrew & explained the situation. He was very kind and let me know that she should've replaced my order, and that there was no time frame on when I could get it. We had a very good chat, he was so professional and helpful. He realized there was a mistake made and he did all he could to make sure the store made it right. Andrew is the only reason this review deserves 5 stars, he is a prime example of great customer service. Thank you Andrew!.

Omg!!! The customer Service here was so Amazing. Brenda and I am not sure what the lady name was that was at the cash register. But I've never experienced anything like it. They were really Good. My burger was cold but I don't even care I got a microwave. The atmosphere along with their pleasant smile and friendly voices was just Awesome. Thanks ladies you made my day even better.

The app is a little convoluted to use. Thankfully the manager was able to save the day. BTW it's Whataburger, the food is good.

The experience isn’t just the food, it’s the people that make it just as much the experience. Tonight my girlfriend and I had the great pleasure of meeting Adegoke through the drive through window. The kindest heart and sweetest demeanor. 10/10 had the best drive through experience tonight that I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Whataburger for hiring this kind hearted soul & thank you Adegoke. <3

Well what a burger, you get a 5 ⭐ for your wonderful fast service. Our preschedule wait in line at Cracker Barrel did not Pan out as planned so I guess you get the business.
The guys were at our door side within a few seconds after we pulled up to pick up our online. Then they made a mistake in there rush and they gave me an extra free sandwich because of there mistake. Great manager!!
They came running with the orders! No grass growing under there feet!!!

Great breakfast on bun hash brown sticks, but outstanding service! Clean establishment, the staff brought out our food.
